"Hotel is in a nicely location and has a wonderful view of the bridge, Peace Park, city and skyline. Few minutes walk to major attractions, restaurants and shopping. The view from breakfast room on the 14th floor is spectacular. Only issue for us was that the rooms are very dated and have a musty smell. The first room we were given smelled smoky. They did change our room promptly. Windows could not be opened for ventilation."

"What a fabulous hotel, we loved everything about this hotel, friendly staff, spacious clean and comfy room, a lovely Onsen to relax in. We arrived early, but were able to check in straight away. Location is top notch, a short walk to all the major attractions. We were very impresed with the endless free food and drink, from smoothies before breakfast, afternoon tea and free flowing drinks and snacks at sunset, to tasty soup and rice bowls to end the evening. We highly recommend this hotel and will definately stay again if we are ever back in Hiroshima."

"Excellent value-for-money accommodation for the budget traveller! It comes with free breakfast, dinner and a decent onsen with sauna. The room even comes with a sofa. However, do note that the hotel is a 8 min walk away from Hiroshima station."

"Onsen was great although popular as busy. That's good though. Rooms are good with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Breakfast was good but the coffee machine is awful. Very slow and makes poor coffee with small amount that doesn't fill the mug nor is hot. Lifts are also very (very) slow and wastes time waiting and often full when it gets to your called floor. Definitely need more lifts (obviously unlikely) or at least increase the speed a little bit if possible. This is compounded by being unable to use the stairs which would reduce the demand for the lifts. It's a good hotel but I wouldn't return again."
