The property is nice but they will count every towel after u leave so don’t leave ur towel in gym or beach. I would never go back to this hotel. But they want to help but they cant. ”

“I had a very disappointing experience staying at this hotel. The service was extremely poor and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. The room was not properly cleaned when I checked in — there was dust, the bathroom was not hygienic, and overall maintenance was very bad. Basic facilities that were promised were either missing or not working properly. When we raised concerns with the staff, the response was slow and careless. It felt like guest satisfaction was not a priority at……

“The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the staff were very helpful. This hotel is a great alternative to staying in the centre of Bhuj with its hustle and bustle. It is conveniently located next to the train station, but you don’t hear any noise thanks to the double glazing. At the moment there are building works (a new road) outside, which may be off putting but if you’re out all day or spending only a night then it’s not an inconvenience. ”

“The Room was spotless. Only 1 thing they have to do about the shower place . They need to put screen or shower curtain as it gets wet . The water is all over the foor & slippery too . Needs lights near the Basin. Also there should be hair dryer.”

La chambre n’est pas très confortable (pas de chaise ni table pour les petits déjeuners) le dessus de couette pas propre, très bruyante même la nuit. La salle de bain c’est pire même pas de papier WC. Déplus nous avons dû payer les petits déjeuners alors qu’ils étaient annoncés compris.”
