"Well, this geniunely comes close to my heart. The Mountain View Cabins has been one of those accomodation that really touched my heart. Just a few minutes uphill from the main road, you have your lovely cabin in the woods! Best of all, you get greeted by your neighborhood husky named Willow! Willow is a sweetheart, and she really made my stay every time at the Mountain View Cabins. She is a sweet husky dog, a very caring one, very lovely and very safe. She will greet you, love you and demand you to pet her! I met her at Mountain View Cabins last mountain, and came by again to stay a night when I was passing by Golden. The people are nice, enjoy the campfires and the board games you can find in their kitchen by the campfire. You really get to meet people from all walks of life and have wonderful memories. I especially hope to keep visiting the Mountain View Cabins, and see lovely Willow as the happy, safe, and healthy husky that she is. I'm so grateful for my time here. I hope anyone else coming by here enjoys as well."

"We don’t usually stay where there is no staff on site but this was so easy and really straightforward. Check-in is digital and easy, the room was really nice, spotlessly clean and breakfast downstairs self serve and very good. The Jeffrey restaurant downstairs was excellent and full both nights we were there (only open wed to sun) really enjoyed the stay"

"This property is absolutely amazing! The decor is exquisite, and all furniture and linens are top of the line. Plenty of room for our whole family to spread out and be comfortable and a large table for games and meals! But the best part 100% was the view. Nearly 360 degree views of the mountains!!! Every moment was a unique view as the sun rose and set and as the weather changed. This would be stunning in the winter! Very close to downtown Golden and if you come in the winter the lift is just down the hill. Also there is a nice store with liquor and food as well as some shops and restaurants right in the resort area! We would definitely recommend this place for your family vacation and we will visit again! "

"The house is very nice, comfortable and well stocked. Ample space for everyone, and we enjoyed several nights of cooking together. There is a smart TV although in the end we didn't really use it much at all. Light switches, for the most part, were labeled, which was very helpful. "
