"Front desk staff were wonderful and very helpful with planning our activities while in Sapa. They also have a shower room you can use when arriving before check in which was great as we arrived by train early in the morning. Hotel was very nice with great views of the mountains. It was recently renovated at the start of 2026. Breakfast was good and the restaurant has a great view of the city and mountains. They helped with transfer form the train station and gave lots of recommendations for places to go in the area. Would recommend staying here."

"Location is perfect, right on Sapa Square, but it also makes it very loud, almost 24 hours a day. There's music outside starting sometime around 6am and going until late every day of my five night reservation. Plenty of good restaurants around, the Hmong people were very friendly. If your reservation includes breakfast, you get access to the buffet on the second floor, something I didn't know until my final morning. There's a restaurant on the first floor and I thought that's where you went. English is minimal. It was fine."
