“Host was very rude ,Didnt send correct check in details then hung up on me when i was trying to confirm location of the lock box .She got her dates wrong and entered the property during our stay she messaged very rude direct messages to my mobile no and then tried to bill us an aditional 350. With no explanation .She refused to respond to any comuniaction with us and the stayz managment team reguarding the over charge . Nice appartment unfortunately would not recomend after the overal……
