Namchi-ri Holidays

Buffet breakfast for 15k won is not bad, has hot croffle, veg bimbipa, instant noodles and oranges. They are slow in refilling. Overall a good stay, I just wish they provide disposable slippers though. Very spacious compared to Seoul hotels. Close to Busan station but far from everything else. The lotte department store is walking distance and there is twosome bingsu right downstairs.

Large clean room with separate areas for sleeping, seating and bathrooms. The bed was hard but the pillows were soft. The door to the toilet had frosted glass so it wasn’t see through but the bath/shower room had a glass door that was see through.

Very good employee's 11th floor serving man was so nice and professionally handled. And asking my carrier for one day that was so much helpful.

Overall, my experience was decent. My first day at the hotel was not great, but I had the chance to meet a woman who supervises the cafeteria, and she was very friendly and kind. One of the highlights of my trip was getting to know her and speaking with her in Korean every morning. However, the front desk staff were not very welcoming, and during off-hours I was unable to get any assistance. I believe the hotel should have staff available 24 hours a day, as most standard hotels do.

Location was good! Right in front of bus station and subway stops. Very close to shopping areas and local markets. Staff were friendly and spoke English. Elevator available. My room was outdated and you could tell the walls and shower fixtures needed maintenance. For cleanliness, I had to ask for linen change because there was hair on the bed from a previous tenant. Mold and mildew were present in the room I stayed in, and traces of clothing particles like loose thread were on the floor. The good thing was working air conditioning, free waters for each day of your stay. Didn’t like the fact that they didn’t have full size bath towels, only hand towels for your shower.
