"An excellent, new hotel in a somewhat inconvenient location. 20mins walk to Seibu Chichibu Station and not much around the hotel. However it’s only about 10-15 mins to the shrine and old street. The hotel onsen was very good."

"Helpful and friendly staff. The Onsen is very nice especially the outside area that you can hire. The beds were comfortable. Not a lot of space for storage of clothes and luggage in the rooms. The Japanese restaurant in the spa was good and affordable. The Chinese restaurant was good food. The hotel and rooms are dated and need a Refresh. Nice views of the surrounding landscape. 5 min drive to a town with supermarkets and restaurants."

"We stayed the hotel as the closest one to our last destination on the day. We preferred the one with hot springs but we discovered it has man-made hotspring which was good enough for me to enjoy. The hotel seems to be popular for male businessmen much less female guests so that the I had a big public bath on my own. You find many choices for breakfast and you can get Japanese news paper as Free of charge. The hotel is at on a aroute 17. If you travl a car, the hotel can be convenient stay."

"Our stay at Ruokan Hiyoshi was the highlight of our day trip to Chichibu.
