"The staff was supper helpful and friendly since day one. The rooms are big and spacious. The views from the balcony are breath taking. I would definitely stay there again. A fridge in the room would be a great addition in the future, so you can store food from the markets. I would definitely recommend to friends and family."

"Wow! We have nothing negative to say about this hotel! Firstly, staff are amazingly friendly, welcoming any helpful. The building is modern light and airy with pleasing decor. The room was same, perfectly comfortable and had everything we needed, plus a fantastic shower and the room was so quiet we felt like we were the only people staying there, no noise from outside despite being by the train station and great aircon! Some other great facilities are there are coffee machines serving good coffee and various tea bags all on a help yourself unlimited basis!!!! Amazing 😃 and a cold water dispenser!! Also a bar open serving drinks and local beers. We didn’t have time for breakfast as moving on early but it looked good. All in all this is the best hotel we have stayed in so far on our European🏍️ tour, and Namur by the way was also nice, take a walk down by the river. "

"We arrived quite late to the hotel and the hotel staff had kindly help to call a taxi for us at dinant train station (as the trams had stopped) had a very pleasant stay overall. beds were comfortable and hotel was clean"
