Beautiful, well appointed suite with comfy beds and everything you could possibly need. Hot tub was such a nice treat! Host was absolutely lovely and the unit had a comprehensive guide to everything. The neighborhood is great, very safe. Close to every where we wanted to go. Perfect!

The suite is beautiful and very well set up for a long stay ( full kitchen with lots of basic spices, etc. we had a very comfortable stay and would definite recommend it.

Could not ask for better…..fully equipped, clean and the owners were fabulous. Very close to Neck Point, Pipers Lagoon and shopping in North Nanaimo. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay overall! The property was very clean and comfortable, and communication with the host was excellent. The only disappointment was the hot tub. The listing advertised a hot tub, but we didn’t realize beforehand that it is shared with the property owner, requires booking only 30-minute time slot at least 24 hours in advance, and is only available to guests ages 6 and older. Since we were travelling with a younger child, this meant we weren’t able to use the hot tub at all. We had specifically chosen a property with a hot tub, so this was disappointing and is something we would have appreciated knowing more clearly before booking. Aside from that, we had a very positive experience. The property was lovely, exceptionally clean, and well cared for, and the host was friendly and responsive. We would recommend the stay overall — just be aware of the hot tub restrictions if that is an important part of your booking.

We had a lovely time staying at this location. It is very accessible from the ferry terminal and downtown Nanaimo. The rooms are very clean. The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, they also prepared a useful instructional booklet for how-to’s and local recommendations. Booking the time for hot tub was very easy as well. Lovely suite with unexpected touches

Nice Studio in lovely neighborhoods

Very clean and cosy studio with well equipped kitchen, BBQ and bathroom. We felt very welcome. Introduction and contact with the host was very good, with recommendations for ferry reservations and things-to-do in the area.

the unit itself is an above grade basement suite. it was clean and had all of the amenities. however, it is a basement suite and you can hear footsteps and voices from upstairs. that may or may not be relevant depending on your length of stay. for us it was a bit annoying. the bed is a double bed, so again depending on your comfort level it could be a bit small for two. we had no direct (in person)communication to the hosts. there are alot of house rules including the requirement to book the hot tub in advance. we have never encountered this before. the house is in a neighbourhood with tight streets and parking is a bit tight if you have anything bigger than an SUV. overall a good value for a quick overnighter or short term stay.
