Wand fell off the curtains so couldn’t open or close the large ones, plugs and switches worked intermittently, air conditioning stopped working completely until the engineer could come and get it going again, elevator out of service on last day so had to haul up and down six floors (with luggage for check out). Restaurant was really, really slow and the food was mediocre (except the charcuterie board which was fantastic). This morning we waited 25 minutes to only get a coffee and at the one hour point, when no food had arrived, we left. Should have known better, yesterday the breakfast was inedible. Yesterday and today we tried to speak to the restaurant manager - no go either day. Front desk staff were amazing and incredibly polite and pleasant but again no hotel manager available to speak with. Such a shame - nice room in a great location but we won’t be back.
