"Rooms were not of 3star standard as published One room out of 2 was alloted of lower caegory than the price we paid so the two bills were issued and for this room the rent shoen was approx 600 less ie less than the price we paid at your website The hotel refused to giv breakfast although it was published on your site that rooms will be given free breakfast The hotel people humilated us Despite good reviews at your site"
