“The bed is comfortable, and the swimming pool is sufficient. The view from the room is also beautiful, but it comes at a price. If you don’t want to walk back to your room, you have to take the hotel’s golf cart. If the service quality is also poor, it feels even less worthwhile. If you’re looking to stay closer to the beach, this hotel is not recommended. The room rates are not cheap, and the service is not up to standard.”

“I absolutely loved my stay! The room was so beautiful and cute, and the view was absolutely stunning. The staff were all lovely and welcoming, and the owner was incredibly kind too. The service was excellent, and the room was cleaned every day. Everything was wonderful, and I honestly had such a lovely stay. Highly recommended! ❤️”

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is excellent, and our beachfront sea-view room was spacious with a beautiful, clear view of the ocean. Being so close to the beach was definitely one of the highlights. However, the resort and especially the rooms are quite dated and really need renovation. The condition of our room felt……

“The best place we have stayed in Thailand. It was amazing, the view, the beach, the room was beautiful, the food was great and the staff were the most friendly and kind we have met in Thailand. Loved the whole stay. We miss everything about it,”

“Clean, comfortable, quiet. Super friendly staff. Felt safe and welcome as a solo traveler. The restaurant is beautiful and food is delicious. Close to everything you might need.”

“Koh Tao Heritage is my preferred hotel to stay at. Main reasons are; daily room cleaning, quiet location, rooms do not have TVs (so don't get noise) from other rooms, location is an easy walk to Sairee Beach or Mae Haad Pier for the ferry, As always Nancy, Nok and other staff are welcoming.”

“The location is good, good seaside, good view and nice place for diving”
