Unique and tranquil retreat. Private entry to upper level studio space. A very short walk to Oceanfront park to go for a dip, sit at the point & watch amazing sunsets over the Pacific Ocean.Down our street on a dead end culdesac. Protected bay for swimming or launching your paddleboard. The one room studio has everything you need, in a luxury family home. King size bed. 2 cozy chairs nestled up to the electric fireplace. Kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, with 2 burner cook top. Bar size fridge. Coffee maker, kettle, plates and cutlery, pots, fry pan. NO SINK< a wash up basin is provided. Quiet area, walking trails abound, and yet golf, dining, marina, more minutes away. PLEASE NOTE..this is an upper level loft, with a set of stairs. Not suitable for ones with mobility issues. This is a special spot, an island gem, to be relaxed and refreshed, island style!! This studio is located in a large family home in a quiet residential area. King size bed. Kitchenette with small fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster oven. Elctric frying pan.keurig. Kettle. No sink. A wash up basin is provided. Electric fireplace.

Very Comfortable Lodging
Female ravelling alone, safety was a priority and I certainly felt safe! The suite is very clean and has all the amenties one needs and more. Enjoyed having coffee pods and the cookies from the generous goodie basket. Nola is very welcoming and approachable. Definitely would ask to book the suite again. Thank you.

Nice, comfortable place. Willing to come back.
This property is located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The room is clean and has everything what you need for a short vacation. The fridge had a few drinks and yogurts. We also found some fruits and snacks. The kitchen was stuffed very well. I would recommend to include salt and pepper.

Sweetest loft and nicest hosts
I rented this space for my grandparents whole they were looking for a home on the island. The hosts were so thoughtful and accommodating. They made sure my grandparents were safe and comfortable from the first day. They really went above and beyond what we could have asked for. As far as the space goes- the pics don’t do it justice! The loft feels large. Great sized fridge and everything you could need available and more. The views from the property are next level. This spot was really an incredible find and my family is so grateful for you!

Nice extra touches and I recommend it.
Comfortable spacious suite above garage attached to a gorgeous seaside home in very quiet neighborhood . Super comfy bed, nice linens, lots of towels. Seating options include arm chairs in sitting area, a 2 chair dinette in kitchenette area and an outdoor dinette next to entry downstairs. Extra touches include a snack basket, water dispenser, bottled water and other beverages in good sized bar fridge/freezer, plus coffee, tea, creamer and sugar. Nola is friendly and welcoming and answers queries quickly. Big bonus is the aircon. It works well and there is a ceiling fan and floor fan too.
