Lovely place and great location however I noticed that the floors were unclean with hair and could have done with a thorough clean before qwe arrived. As a make with a toddler son and my brother, the rooms were big enough for us three.

The hotel is a little out of the centre, but a tram station is close by and sightseeing is easily possible. The facilities and rooms are clean and there is a laundry room, which is convenient. It was particularly convenient that there are plenty of plug sockets to plug in. One point is that for the high price, cleaning and towel changes are extra, so it was slightly overpriced.

We stayed for a city break. It was okay hotel staff varied from semi helpful to not helpful at all. Our rooms amenities were very limited and even though we were booked for 4 days they gave us 2 coffee pods for the machine.... which only took this specific type of pod and when we asked for more there was a charge and depending on the dah and who you asked the price varied from 1 euro to 3 euros per pod.... which i argued with staff on this Then the last day there was no coffee and the person at the desk told us there was free coffee in the restaurant area.... which was quite annoying. Also they should specify self catered for the rooms with kitchenette because this was not stated at all And if you want air in the room you have to borrow and alan key from front desk. And ac does not work dont expect much. The bed was comfortable. Which was great And the hotel was close to tram and bus station which was good. Also close enough to hotel

Good value, a bit out of the way from the historic centre but Tram 2 has its terminal station near the hotel. I was surprised this hotel does not offer room cleaning service daily, not a big deal for a two day stay but it was surprising.

Air con was not working and windows couldn’t be opened. Late check in when hotel was not full and nobody did the bed. Close to the tram and to the airport.

The two young men working at the desk, daytime and night, were very helpful. I tried speaking French, somewhat limited, and we helped each other with English and French. The evening clerk was very helpful to my husband filling a room service request.

If yiu want hospitality...go elsewhere!!

Have you ever been on a city break, choosen an apartment based hotel based on it having a swimming pool, to find it was actually located in the attached old filks home. Think thats bad, tjen find the reception staff act as they also come from the old fols home, they certainly hav'nt been trained in hosputality. Air condition, slight trickle of cold air, windows bolted shut, might as well have been locked in an oven. And if you want more than 2 cups of coffee on a four day stay get ready to pay 1 euro each for a coffee capsule. Whatever this place is, its out of town location seems to be an excuse to releive you of your money andcif you want hospitality look elsewhere. But who knows if you want the gailty towers experience without the humour this maybe the place for you!!

C’était bien sauf la piscine ne pas dans l’hôtel et la salle sport…. Immeubles seniors ya des personnes gentils parfois non . Ils faut bien expliquer aux clients la relation. C’est deux immeubles différents immeubles de hôtel et immeubles de seniors sont séparés. Et l’accueil et différents. Merci dans l’ensemble ça été 👍

Hôtel agréable dans l’ensemble. Restes de nourriture dans le frigidaire… un gentil monsieur à l’accueil propose de nous offrir le parking puis pour récupérer la clé de chambre son collègue décide que non. Un peu moyen.
