Welcome to our cozy studio with a panoramic view. Ideally located at the foot of the Beaulieu shopping center, just steps away from the Cité des Congrès, 5 minutes from the Château des Ducs de Bretagne, 10 minutes from the SNCF train station, and close to the Loire River. Perfect for business trips with a dedicated workspace. Modern, fully equipped, and offering free parking. Close to the H Arena and attractions such as the Jardin des Plantes, Les Machines de l’île, and Passage Pommeraye.

This accommodation offers all the comfort needed for a pleasant stay.

Upon entering, you'll find a closet, perfect for storing your belongings. The living area is smartly organized, featuring a cozy sleeping area, a friendly TV space, and a desk for working in peace.

The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic cooktops, an extractor fan, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a microwave, perfect for preparing meals just like at home. A travel crib is also available for young children.

Located very close to the Cité des Congrès of Nantes, our studio enjoys an ideal location for your business or leisure travels. Public transportation is right outside the building, making it easy to get around the city. You’ll also appreciate the proximity to the Loire River for pleasant walks along the waterfront.

Additionally, the apartment is near the H Arena and only 10 minutes by public transport from the Château des Ducs de Bretagne, allowing you to fully enjoy Nantes' tourist attractions and cultural events.

Everything you could need

The apartment was very nice. The host was extremely accessible and responded right away with answers to the countless questions we had. Convenient, secured parking was included. The rental was fully stocked with anything you could need including toiletry kits. Nice towels too! The bed was very comfortable as well. If you are visiting Nantes I would highly recommend staying here!
