Comfortable wine country get away

We had an excellent stay at the resort and the room was clean and comfortable. The silverado property is excellent with easy access to golf and a great coffee shop where they serve fresh pastry baked on property, plus starbucks and some wine and spirits options. Easy access to the Silverado trail, Napa and Yountville was a big plus. If the bath/shower drained faster and there was a wine opener and glasses, it would have been perfect. We would definitely stay here again.

Great option at Silverado Resort

It's welded with ask the other rooms at the property. There's no from service but it's cheaper. Good tradeoff.

This unit was in poor condition. The toilet leaked, cabinet handles were broken, there were no glasses, etc. The resort was nice but this unit was TIRED. When I informed the unit managers( most likely a bot), I was told they would be right on it, but nothing happened and no one ever came for 3 days

Disappointed

Room felt very outdated. Amenities listed like gym snd laundry wound up bring crazy extra charges. Drain in bathroom took all day to drain. Ironing board was broken, called to get a replacement, but it never showed up. Never heard back about it. Refrigerator was tiny for a 3 day stay. Microwave would have been nice. No stir sticks for coffee……..think thats it. Bummer

Bring your own toilet paper

The grounds were beautiful, but the service left much to be desired. The room is advertised as having an outdoor space with 2 chairs for use. Since there isn’t much night life in Napa, my wife and I were looking forward to sitting outside at the end of the day. There were no seats and when I called to ask, a manager never got back to me. I called on Thursday and didn’t hear back until Monday after I checked out! Secondly, they only provided 2 rolls of toilet paper even though we were there for multiple days. I’ve never heard of someone needing to bring their own when staying somewhere! Finally, even though there was a pool, we only got 2 towels! Most places would give extras! Again, the location is beautiful and in a great spot, but we felt ignored by management.

Perfect location

The condo is on the Silverado Resort and Spa property, so you have access to all the amenities. We enjoyed our stay.
