Enjoy complete relaxation at this ground-level studio condo located within the historic Silverado community in the heart of the Napa Valley. Enjoy views of the lush landscape surrounding the property from a private patio.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM
The studio is outfitted with a king-size bed and a 32in TV with cable. The closet is equipped with a mini-fridge and a coffee station. Sip morning coffee at the dining nook with seating for two. The bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREA
Sliding glass doors open to the patio, complete with a bistro table and two chairs with the view of Atlas Peak in the distance in this attractive garden setting. Enjoy a cold beverage and soak in the California sunshine.
EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS
Resort amenities include access to a seasonal heated pool (Memorial Day-Labor Day), hiking and biking trails, as well as a full-service spa. Parking is available for two vehicles in the uncovered parking lot. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.
Although this privately owned condominium is located within the Silverado Resort Condominium Community, it is managed by Vacasa and is not affiliated with the Silverado Resort and Spa. Therefore guests will not be charged the $25/day resort fee that the Resort charges its guests.
While we highly recommend you explore the world-class restaurants, spas, and golf courses close by in Napa, you can also use some of the convenient Resort amenities. The Market and Bakery, Pro Shop, Spa Shop, The Grill Restaurant, Mansion Lounge, and the spa cafe are open to the public.
Vacasa guests will need to buy day passes to use spa services and the spa fitness center. Tee times on the Silverado golf courses are only available to Resort guests, Troon members, or in some cases may be booked for guests by a local golf pro. There are many other great courses nearby, including Chardonnay and Eagle Vines.
Amenities not available to guests of this privately owned condominium include room service, bell service, property shuttle, Resort housekeeping, Resort engineering services, tennis lessons and camps, and the main Silverado Resort pool. (However, you may use the condo community pool located near your rental.) Please contact Vacasa if you have housekeeping needs or maintenance requests.
LOCATION
A prime location on the Silverado Trail in Napa Valley -- the historic Silverado community offers a great home base for exploring the 400+ wineries and the local food scene. Lined with wineries offering tours, wine tastings, and incredible views, the Silverado Trail boasts hot spots including Whetstone, Darioush, Frog's Leap Winery, and Duckhorn Vineyards.
Change your perspective and elevate in a hot air balloon ride over Napa Valley for expansive vineyard views. Stay closer to home and lather on the sunscreen for a fun-filled day at the pool -- located just 50' from your condo.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
