「FOH and F&B staff were great. Shout out to Alonzo and Jeff at Truss. Top notch. Disappointing that Auro ( Michelin star) is not open Sunday through Wednesday. Pool on Sunday, next to no service, had to put up umbrella and get towels. Kids pool for kids 1year -to 15 years is 30" deep and was 94 degrees. Asked if there was a problem with the heater , never got an answer. Asked if the kids could cool off in the other pool ( it was 84) steps and got the brush off. Watched the pool bartender...

「This is an excellent property but if you are looking for a good fresh breakfast no. But overall I would recommend this place and stay again.」

「Very outdated property that is misrepresented through the photos and the description. I booked it because it said it had a washer and dryer but it did not. There was also no bottled water but instead a pitcher of water on the counter which I do not trust. The charger and microwave were not plugged in. It’s a bit more than a 5 minute walk to the resort. I stayed for 5 days because it was prepaid. I would not stay again. Once inside the room it felt more like a motel room. 」
