Best location, best management and owner
This was our 6th consecutive year staying in Napili and this is the overall best complex and unit we’ve stayed in. Booked exact unit next year as well. Sunset views off the lanai, as well as the beach, yet privacy is maintained due to the corner location. Unit very clean, and bed very comfortable. Walk down the stairs, and you’re on the beach. Large grills in common area with propane ready to grill whenever needed. Grocery store 2 minute drive. Coastal trail 10 minute walk away.

We have stayed at this property before so knew what to expect. The property is exactly as advertised. Close to the beautiful Napili beach and restaurants, etc. The unit is spotlessly maintained and communication with Wendy was very easy. We will stay there again in the future, I hope. Jean

The perfect location combination
Loved this little unit. Immaculate and comfy. Great view from the lanai of the ocean, rocks, whales, Moloka'i moon sets and sun rises. Far enough away from the beach to no be woken up by the early birds. Several meal locations within walking distance and a Supermarket 5 minutes away. Great Hosts.

Location!
This property exceeded my expectations! The ease of beach access and lanai view were perfection! The unit was immaculately clean and the host was welcoming and friendly. Good, firm mattress, stocked kitchen. The nearby market was expensive but perfect for getting a few things. Some food we enjoyed - Burger Shack at the Ritz Carlton Kapalua, Joey’s Kitchen (by the market), Jaws Country Store, Pizza Paradiso, Bad Ass Coffee, Miso Phat Sushi, and the Gazebo (right next door). We saw whales while waiting in line at Gazebo and food and service were awesome! The ice machine by the laundry was a nice surprise. Beach gear was so handy! Fun excursions we did were Twin Falls, Jaws country store, Garden of Eden arboretum, Trilogy whale watching tour. I would absolutely stay here again.

Totally come back!!!!

An immaculate property that made our stay perfect, Wendy's corner unit had the perfect view and is steps away from the low-key and relaxing Napili Bay beach. Every amenity was well thought out, minimizing stress and allowing our family to unwind and truly and fully enjoy our time spent on the island. The rental from beginning to end was perfect and receives our highest recommendation, despite wanting to keep this gem to ourselves.

We stayed at the Napili Bay Resort (#210) and loved it. The location is great- amazing snorkeling at Napili Beach, water/beach views (incl. wonderful sunsets), and a short drive to La Haina, other beaches, good restaurants, and hiking. The condo was equipped with everyone we needed to enjoy our stay - beach towels, chairs, beach umbrella, kitchen utensils, wi-fi. I highly recommend!

Great studio on Napili Bay Beach
We've stayed for about 9 days at the studio, and we enjoyed our stay very much. It was easy to communicate with Wendy. The check in was a breeze. The studio is nice and had everything we needed during our stay: from kitchen ware and utensils to beach goodies. The studio is located on the second floor and gives beautiful view onto the beach. We watched the sunrise while having coffee on lanai every morning. You can hear the waves loudly but it's nice because of the white noise effect it has when it's time to sleep. The king size bed was super comfortable to our liking. The building is located right on the gorgeous Napili Bay Beach. You leave the studio, go down the stairs, and ta-da - it's a private entrance to the beach. We did grocery shopping at Napili Market and went to Sea House Restaurant several times which is right on the beach. Thank you, Richard and Wendy. Your place is beautiful, and we hope to be back some day.

Location
Easy access to Napili Bay is the reason to stay here. The unit is fine, nicely decorated and equipped, but these are modest rooms in an older complex. That said, it’s clean and quiet and an actual’s stone’s—or snorkel’s—throw from the beach. Napili Bay has resident turtles and enough fish to make snorkeling entertaining, and a large, sandy center for waders. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and several more—and a grocery store—a very short drive away.

This property is old hawaiian in nature with an excellent view if the perfect beach. We could have stayed for a long time and wish we could have. Regardless of where we went, I always just wanted to go back to the condo. Would highly recommend it.

Overall it was a great stay. The condo needs some updating and is very scarce on cupboard room to place groceries ... Owner was very gracious and allowed us to check in earlier than stated. The view from the Lanai was phenomenal!

Turtles and whales every day from the lanai. Snorkeling was really good with lots of things to see.

Pristine Beach Getaway
Wendy was a responsive and informative property owner and Julio was accommodating when we need more toiletries. Excellent staff! The room is as described, but even more magical in person. The property itself was unanimously declared perfect by myself and my husband. It has a stunning view of Napili Bay, great beach access to one of THE most beautiful beaches on Maui, close to other businesses (shopping, restaurants), and plenty of amenities to accomodate our stay. We visited during the third week of March and saw so many whales from the lanai. It was warm in the room during the day but the open blinds and fans helped cool the room down. At night, the open blinds, trade winds, sound of crashing waves, and fans made the room temperature perfect. All guests were respectful - we hardly heard any noise from the rooms from this unit! Overall, the unit is a pristine beach getaway and exceeded our expectations. We would definitely stay here again when we return to Maui! Mahalo! 🌺

What A Gem!
What a nice little gem. The view from the lanai is better than expected. Quick access to a beautiful beach. The place was clean on arrival, and had everything I needed. Never had a problem finding a parking spot close to the unit. I locked myself out of the unit when I was on the lanai. Luckily I had a key to the front door that doesn’t work on the lanai door. Steps from beach. Lanai had a gorgeous view of ocean. Able to have breakfast on the lanai and watch the whales. The unit is equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The laundry room and BBQ area is very nice and well maintained. Beautiful neighborhood.

Great spot on Maui
We loved this location. The host responded very quickly when I had a question in regard to a nearby walking path. Great beach, quiet at night. We loved hearing the waves. Don't worry about no air conditioning, there is a wonderful breeze that flows through the room. Do not hesitate on this one!

Everything you need for your stay in Napili. Excellent location, great beach and a condo equipped with all the necessities. Wendy's communication was great. We watched whales spouting and breaching from our lanai while drinking our morning coffee. Would certainly stay again.

Paradise in Paradise!
This is a great unit within a great property. It's a studio, which was perfect for my husband and I. The bed is super comfy, and we were happy that it is not tucked away in the back of a one bedroom condo unit, which is common for the area. This property is very traditional Hawaiian. Only 2 stories with wooden louver slats to open and close the windows. No air conditioning, and I wouldn't want to change that and change the overall feel of the authentic Hawaiian experience. There are plenty of fans in the unit. Everything is laid out very efficiently to make the most of a tiny space, that doesn't feel tiny. The kitchen is well equipped and more than what we needed. I love the family feel that we got when booking, even though we never met, I feel like we know the owners! The decor and the comfort of the unit made our short time in Napili exceptional. If you are looking for a place next to the beach, this is your spot...you do hear the ocean, and the sand is steps away. The lanai has a great view of the ocean, great for morning coffee, but our best sunset was from watching it on the beach. Our only regret is that we did not book more time here...Would love to come again.

Maui delight
Front door of the property is just a few steps to the beach--our first preference. The amenities are complete to making living there for two or three weeks very easy. Our personal activities are close by--swimming, hiking, snorkeling--so we are happy from sun up to ending our day with a glass of wine watching the sunset. Can't beat it at any price.

We enjoy staying at The Napili Bay. This is our 4th stay at different units. This unit has a great location and view. We cooked every night and love the communal barbecue area. Only wish was that this unit does not have a remodeled kitchen and counter space is very small but we managed and enjoyed.

Wonderful location
Studio condo was in the perfect location! So close to all the great snorkeling on Maui. We had a wonderful stay! Saw an abundance of turtles😊. I think it was a bit warmer than usual this time of year and AC would have been a huge bonus. Room definitely gets a bit warm in the afternoons even with blinds closed but cooled off enough at night with the fans to sleep. Condo was equipped with everything we needed for beach which was a huge bonus. Would definitely recommend this condo!

Amazing, Relaxing Location
My husband and I visited Maui to get married and enjoy our honeymoon. You can’t beat this location. Literally steps from one of the nicest beaches on Maui in our opinion. The condo is everything you need for a great holiday. Wendy was quick to solve any problem we had and we were satisfied with her communication. We enjoyed Front Street, Whalers Village, Makena Beach, the fish market, Sea House restaurant, the Gazebo restaurant and snorkelling with the turtles! There is no A/C but the fans help cool down the unit. We would stay again!

Little piece of paradise
This is the perfect little place for 2 people. The condo was clean and well equipped. Communication with the owners was easy and with quick response. The view from the lanai is just beautiful. It was heavenly to relax in bed and hear the waves of the ocean. Bonus is that your just steps from the beach. Couldn't ask for anything more. I'd definitely stay here again.

Amazing spot
What an amazing property! Just enough space, clean and inviting. The beach is just out the door and down a set of steps and you are in the cove with wonderful snorkeling and turtle watching. The surf shop you can rent gear for the week and the gazebo is a great breakfast spot- but get in line at least 45 min before they open… you won’t be disappointed. The condo offered everything we needed and plus some. The only thing was no AC however the breeze through the condo and help of the fans you didn’t need it. Pretty much perfect.
We stayed in a few place over the month's time we were in Maui (Kahana, downtown Lahaina, Hana, and here) and this was our favorite. Beach access is easy and close and the view from the balcony is amazing (wear polarized glasses and you can easily see the turtles). The grounds were immaculate and the unit was well kept.

Honeymoom
This was our perfect place for honeymoon! The view was amazing and we loved being so close to the beach. It was wonderful being able to get up, walk downstairs, and right onto the beach. Napili has such a nice beach with great snorkeling. We saw so many different kinds of fish and swam with sea turtles. The condo is close to great food and activities. It was also nice being able to cook a meal or BBQ. We had such a great time and have been telling everyone about it. Thank you Richard and Wendy! We plan to spend many anniversaries at your place.

Napili Bay Condo
Great view, great breeze, great spot to take in Napili Bay! We really enjoyed this location. Everything was well thought out in this tidy condo on the ocean. We hope to return.
