“I paid to stay at a bed and breakfast. Well there was no breakfast. There wasn't a single person in the building. There was no staff present. Our shower in the Florence room literally had no pres sure. The only person that could wash their hair would be a bald person and the bathroom sink. The hot water just dribbled out.
