Spacious two story 4 bed/2.5 bath private home with beautiful pool in an EXCELLENT LOCATION. Ride provided bikes to the beach, hit the incredible restaurants or shopping less than a mile away. This beautifully decorated 4-bedroom 2.5 bath has been completely remodeled with all new furnishings. You will effortlessly settle in to this spacious home as you unwind and relax in your private vacation paradise.



This is a two-story home with living area on the first level and sleeping accommodations upstairs.

The curb appeal beckons you to enter through the front door where you’ll find a lovely living area with bright and airy furnishings. The queen size sofa sleeper has an upgraded memory foam mattress and trampoline support system for a night of restful sleep. A dining area with seating for six awaits meal time and conversation.

There is a half bath on this level. WIFI is available for those needing a quiet space.



The kitchen is large and well-appointed featuring granite counters, stainless appliances, and everything you need to prepare and serve a home cooked meal. A breakfast bar with two stools is a great place to converse with the cook or grab a bite to eat.



Relax in the comfy family room and watch a movie or your favorite show on the 54” flat screen smart TV. This area is open to the kitchen and overlooks the sparkling heated pool and private outdoor living space. Glass doors open to the covered patio where you’ll find a round table that seats eight.



The south facing heated pool lets you enjoy the warm Florida sunshine all day long. Comfortable seating and lounge chairs invite you to spend time outdoors.



After a day soaking up the sunshine, you’ll venture up the stairs for a night of slumber. The first bedroom features a queen size bed with upgraded mattress and luxury bedding. You have a dresser and large closet for your personal belongings. The second bedroom two has two twin beds, a dresser, and large closet. It is tastefully decorated for either adults or children. The third bedroom has a queen size bed with a deep luxury mattress, high end linens and large closet. These bedrooms share a bath with a roomy walk in shower and separate sink area.



A king size bedroom is decorated in the Naples coastal style. Roomy, bright and private, this room is separated from the other bedrooms by a hallway and large closet. There is a 40” flat screen smart TV, for your late-night viewing. Granite counters and a walk in shower complete the en suite bath.



Two beautiful beaches are within walking distance. For outdoor enthusiasts, ride one of the provided bikes to world renowned Vanderbilt Beach. Delnor Wiggins State Park provides plenty of trails and seaside scenery for walking, running or a picnic. A plethora of dining and shopping experiences are all within close proximity. Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Mercato, Pavilion, Waterside Shops and two movie complexes are all nearby.
