Great stay! Allowed very easy check in. Even allowed us to get in early because we beat traffic and arrived in town earlier than expected. Great communication. Home was bigger than what pictures portrayed and we loved that. Pool was clean and a great plus for days we didn’t want to go to the beach. Beach is about a 3 minute drive, 7 minute walk. Beach toys/ boards/ chairs/ umbrellas provided were a great plus. Also was happy to see the amount of dishes provided. Will definitely keep saved for future yearly trips to Naples.

A great place to stay in Naples!

The house was comfortable and well equipped. Family absolutely loved the spa. We didn't cook, because we were on vacation! There was a little blip with the AC, but Lance was responsive and it was remedied. All in all a really nice place to stay in a great Naples location.

We just returned from our fourth stay at this lovely home. As in the past, it did not disappoint! It is a clean and lovely home with everything you need for a great vacation. The pool and hot tub are fantastic and you can't beat the location. We cannot wait to return next year! Thank you for sharing your home with us once again Tina and Lance!

Perfect

House is great, perfect has anything you need to feel at home! Everything you need for a week on the gulf coast is in the house. The pool and spa combo just add another level of enjoyment and really cannot say there is a negative to our stay. The house is decorated very beachy and is just comfortable as soon as you enter. Lance and Tina thank you for opening your home and allowing us to stay, hoping to rent again soon really was the perfect trip.

Lovely Get-a-way

We spent the month of February in this lovely home. It was close to the beach( a 10 minute walk for us, seniors), close to shopping, church and pickle ball. Quiet neighborhood and the house is well stocked with bicycles, beach chairs and pool float accessories. It was really nice to have the pool and spa right there. The TV was up to date and the kitchen was very well equipped.
