AVOID!! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR VACATION! Despite messaging them multiple times weeks in advance, and checking in online with ID there was no one there when we arrived. We and Expedia tried to contact them for over an hour to no avail. We had been traveling 24 hours internationally and were forced to find another hotel with no notice. The accommodatation clearly isn't staffed so the listing is very misleading. Save yourself the stress and book somewhere else.

Great location at a reasonable price

I had some issues at checkout as I didn’t realise I needed to contact them 24 hours in advance to arrange my arrival, but that was my fault for not reading the small print. Once that was resolved I was shown to my room which lacked windows and when I asked for a different one they kindly upgraded me at no charge. The new room even had a balcony and lots more space. Very satisfied and would return.

Amazing, welcoming, helpful host. Right in the middle of a pedestrian street (which is a welcome relief in Napoli) and located near some amazing restaurants and shops. Clean, air-con'd, soundproof room- you just have to open the balcony to realise how noisy and hot outside is and how cool and quiet the room is. Before they cleared breakfast they knocked on my door to see if I wanted any. I was able to leave my luggage with them after I checked out and before my ferry out.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido b&B per un weekend a Napoli e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti e contenti. La posizione super centrale, ci muovevamo a piedi e abbiamo raggiunto tutto con semplicità; la pulizia e il comfort delle camere, bagno spazioso; gentilezza, disponibilità e professionalitá di Benedetta, la receptionist, ci ha fatto sentire a casa. Torneremo sicuramente! P.S. la colazione in camera è una chicca!

Ottima struttura posizionata in maniera strategica su via chiaia. La mia camera oltre ad avere idromassaggio si affacciava provo su questa via. Accoglienza ottima dove ci è stato dato subito un caffè e poi spiegato cosa andare a vedere a Napoli tramite una mappa, veramente molto gentili. Unico neo la stuttura all esterno e che purtroppo nn siamo riusciti ad usufruire della colazione perché il nostro volo partita presto e veniva servita in camera....peccato perché pagata. Ma ripeto esperieza piu che positiva ,consigliato

È la seconda volta che soggiorno in questa struttura. Il personale è accogliente e disponibile. Le camere sono spaziose e pulite. La struttura si trova in Via Chiaia vicinissima a piazza plebiscito.

La nostra suite era ottima, con vasca idromassaggio e pulizia giornaliera. L'esperienza nel complesso è stata molto buona, poiché eravamo in pieno centro e vicino a tutto. TUTTAVIA, abbiamo dovuto pagare 15€ di check-in perché siamo arrivati dopo le 20.00 (10 minuti di ritardo). Inoltre non c'erano saponi in bagno, dettagli che seppur piccoli fanno la differenza

Rec'd an email the day of check-in stating that I had to arrive by 8 pm. I arrived before 5:45 (even after walking up and down the street for over 10 minutes trying to figure out where the property was as the numbers on the street change and no one knew where it was). When I went up to the office, there was a sign on the door saying "CLOSED". I didn't understand. I checked my email again and had another email saying that I had to be there by 6 pm, however, I was still there before that deadline. I tried calling via What's App on the number provided, which was the correct number, but after 4 or 5 tries and no response, I gave up. I had NO clue what to do as I just stood there with my luggage feeling extremely frustrated. Around 6 pm, a man stepped out of the elevator with a dog and looked at me standing there. I asked if he worked at Chiaia 205 and he said yes. I told him I had a reservation, but no one was there to check me in, but he just said, "Why didn't you call?" REALLY? Gave me keys to the room (small, but clean), it had no windows, but a glass door/wall to an inside courtyard. I had to fight for 10 minutes to get in the first time I tried the key and panicked, it was scary as I thought I'd be locked out all night. I did get in, but unfortunately, there was a gap between the door and wall and a tapping noise kept me up all night! TERRIBLE and completely something they should have fixed ages ago. Just not something that just happened. Wish I never stayed here.
