It's simple.
Overall, we hardly spent any time here, so it was perfect for just a place to shower and rest your head. 1. Finding the place was slightly challenging. we had to ask the neighbors for directions. I feel it would help tremendously if there was a clear sign on the cabin facing the roadway. 2. Super simple getting into the house no problems. 3. It clearly needs a little extra minor maintenace, but like I said before perfect for resting purposes. 4. The hot water doesn't last long. 5. Alot of extra linen thrown in the closet. One of the wash clothes I grabbed out clearly looked dirty & the rest was hard to tell whether it was clean or dirty. 6. Very small space & bathroom is definitely not fit for a tall person. "I'm 5'8 and hit the ceiling with my hands showering.

Place was much smaller than listed. Screen porch is not part of the back end of the unit we rented. Listing said it was. Very disaapointed. It was the back half of the unit, not the entire building as pictured. Not at allnwhat we were looking for. And price after fees was more than a local hotel room with much larger living space. No water access either. The docks were walking distance away. Light bulbs were out in fam and over the only sink in the unit. Water heater was under the bunk beds. Melted a plastic bag laying under the bunk, not ideal for sleeping or storage. Would not rent again.

Great little space!
My father-in-law and I came down for a long weekend to fish and needed a place to lay our heads at night. Place was very clean, and just as the description says. Had a boat ramp within 50 yards and a small dock for our boat. The owner was extremely easy to work with. The fishing was good, and the weather was great. What a great trip and I will be back soon!

This was an adorable little cabin! Perfect size for what we needed after a day of exploring The shower head is rather short so fyi if you're tall (I'm 5'7 and had to squat down to wash my hair!) :)

Review
Overall, room was nice but smaller then we expected. Only problem was the shower door getting stuck. Was difficult to figure out the tv, but we're older and less well versed in these things. Conveniently located next to a restaurant, a small convenience store, and the everglades park visitor center. Enjoyed a pontoon boat ride offered at the center.

Great Location
VERY SMALL. This place is perfect if you travel light and do not plan to spend much time in the cabin. Most available storage space other than a couple of drawers is used for cabin supplies so can not really unpack. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The Internet and TV worked great with a cabin Netflix account. Mini Refrigerator kept everything ice cold. Coffee pot will make two cups at a time. Nice store, bar and restaurant right next door. Really enjoyed our stay. Mike
