We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful. We arrived early from a red-eye flight and they let us have our rooms several hours before check-in time, which was a life saver!

Excellent breakfast buffet and good restaurant for evening dinner. Very helpful staff. Nice garden area with a view of Naples. Convenient to an expressway to travel to areas of interest. However, road to get to hotel dicey, very narrow and 2 way street.

The front desk was great but the rooms had cockroaches and bugs and the AC did not work and looked shabby. The restaurant was not great and very pricey for the quality of food they offered. The front desk told that they had a discounted rate for the taxi company but we paid more that other taxis and realized not to use their taxi company

Second time i stay here on vacation. Good location away from the city but still close by to everything. Parking is great and safe. Great view of the city of napoli from here.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Napoli! The service was truly exceptional—every staff member was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. The rooms were impeccably clean and maintained to the highest standards, making it easy to feel at home. The gardens were absolutely beautiful—a serene oasis that provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. I also appreciated how easy and convenient the parking access was, which made arriving and leaving stress-free. Overall, this hotel exceeded all my expectations. I can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning on my next visit to Napoli!

If you take a taxi to this property, you'll be fine. We drove, made one wrong turn and found ourselves in the part of Naples you definitely don't want to be in.

We stayed there partly for convenience to airport for an early flight. They had a party there that they said was to end at eleven. We were trying to sleep much earlier than eleven. Our room across from elevator which caused some noise too.

Overall it was a nice hotel and the restaurant was pretty good. The hotel is a bit out of date with the times in that you have to lock/unlock your door with a key and need a pin to turn on the electricity. Plus getting there by car is a nightmare as the streets are very narrow and 2-way. Neighborhood around it is a little sketchy as well, but it's nice that it's a gated hotel and very secluded. Bed was a bit uncomfortable but overall it was a nice hotel and the staff was pretty accommodating.

I don’t know where to start - this hotel was terrible, the worst hotel experience our family has ever experienced. We arrived after driving through a very sketchy neighborhood at the top of a hill, the chaos began when we were put in the wrong room, so had to switch rooms, went to dinner and left early because there were bugs crawling on the table cloth and napkins, went back to our room to shower and the shower doors don’t have seals, so they flood the bathroom floors, the exterior windows didn’t seal so we could hear everyone outside, the blinds only close 2/3 of the way so they wouldn’t cover up the windows, the light switches are ancient and overall the hotel is out of date and needing a massive face lift. To top off our terrible stay the front desk called us an early morning airport taxi and failed to mention the fact that our family of 5 had 4 large suitcases and 2 carryons! So we were forced to sit on laps all the way to the airport since we didn’t have time to call another taxi! What a huge disappointment for our last night in Italy! Don’t stay here!
