Quiet and bright apartment, perfect also for families, in the center of Naples Montecalvario district, well connected by public transport: Bus at 30 m, cableway at 100 m, Metro at 700 m. Immersed in the green of the central Corso Vittorio Emanuele.
Composed of a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. In the surroundings you will find pizzerias, restaurants, minimarket and you can easily reach the shopping streets of Vomero or if you prefer museums and churches in the historic center. From the Garden House you can also easily walk to the "Suor Orsola Benincasa" University.

Lovely apartment in great location

The apartment was just as described - clean, modern and spacious. Claudia was helpful throughout our stay and the location made it easy to get to the historic centre, Spanish quarter and explore the lovely Vomero. There’s no big supermarkets near by (we went to Vomero for that) but there are several smaller shops around where you can get groceries. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

Von der Wohnung ist die Altstadt sehr gut zu erreichen und trotzdem ist es sehr ruhig.Claudia meldet sich zuverlässig auf jede Anfrage und hilft Probleme unkompliziert zu lösen. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, sollte sich vorher genau nach den Parkgebühren erkundigen.

Short trip in Naples

Claudia is an excellent communicator and helpful host. We felt very safe in the apartment due to the gates and locks on all doors. The apartment could have done with a bit better of a clean - the bedroom mirror was dirty and had an eyelash stuck to it/ make up, and the toilet bowl was dirty when we arrived. Our socks became black from the floors. One bathroom was also unusable as it had a very bad smell of drains, but Claudia said that is actually to do with Naples and drains and not the apartment. The area didn’t take long to get to central locations, but some parts are quite run down and we didn’t feel that safe sometimes walking around to get back to the accommodation. If we were to return I would book somewhere near the marina probably better for British tourists.

A happy place

This clean two bedroom with two bathrooms never felt small and we lacked for nothing. Claudia is a generous, caring host who helped us with a personal problem. Only caveat is that there are many stairs leading to the property. Free exercise, but you have to be in somewhat good shape. My niece and I loved this place!

Very comfortable good internet nice garden and relatively quiet especially for Naples. Would absolutely stay again. Easy to get anywhere. Not for the mobility challenged though; one can only access via stairway but Naples is not handicapped friendly in general.

L'appartement est conforme a la description.Claudia très disponible par téléphone. La situation géographique du lieu est propice a des visites de la ville dans les différents sens, quartier après quartier, gare et aéroport. L appartement et la terrasse /jardin sont très agréables, un havre de paix après des grandes déambulations. Je recommande cette Location sauf a ceux qui voudraient être au coeur d un site historique avec de nombreux restaurants.

Un accueil rarissime

Non seulement Claudia parle français avec ceux qui balbutient l'italien mais son accueil a été d'une générosité rarissime : contact et disponibilité, renseignements, tous les produits de première nécessité (savon, huile, sel, café, brioches, etc. etc.) sans avoir à courir les magasins en arrivant ! Encore jamais vu dans aucune autre location Abritel. Cuisine équipée pour manger autre chose que des pizzas, connexion wifi, tout pour le quotidien, très bien chauffé en mars, logement spacieux (nous n'étions que 2), très calme quoique très bien placé, à 30 marches du Corso V Emmanuel et à 300m du funiculaire qui monte au Vomero (magasins et boutiques, château St Elme, ...) et descend à Montesanto (correspondance métro, quartiers espagnols, Piazza Dante, etc.). Nous avons séjourné 9 nuits et couru dans toutes les directions (musées, centre ancien, Herculanum/Pompei, Capri, champs Phlégréens, etc.) sans jamais regretter notre implantation à Garden House.

Nice place in a nice neighborhood

Cozy place with private garden, just next to the old town, and really quiet! It's up one stop on the funicular to Vomero, but walking *down* to pretty much anywhere in the old town is easy (Montesanto station is less than 10 minutes, Piazza Dante 15). The apartment is very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. The owners were easy to reach and helpful, and they also arranged airport transportation for us.

Charming Apartment

This apartment is beautiful! The ceilings are high, many windows, clean and bright. I was greeted with pastries, water, and juice. On the table was a book for the house, neighborhood, and all the sights to see in Napoli. Claudia and Manuel were very helpful to make our stay comfortable in the house and the area. We would definitely stay again.

Garden House e una casa molto simpatica lontana del rumore de la citta. L'acoglienza della parte di Claudia e stata calorosa e lei ci ha datto dei consigli molto utili. La casa e ritirata per raporto al centro storico ma la funicolare e un pratico mezzo di trasporto che ci lasciava vicino alla metropolitana in qualche minuto. Anche se i gradini per arrivarci ci sembravano difficili, presto ci siamo abituate e il silenzio della zona compensava pienamente lo sforzo della salita.

Oase der Ruhe in quirliger Umgebung

Wir (zwei Freundinnen) waren Ende Juni zu Gast in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß und hell, liegt im Hochparterre und hat einen kleinen Garten, der mit etlichen Gartenmöbeln ausgestattet ist. Ein Lesetag mitten in Neapel Ende Juni (sonnig + heiß) und wir konnten mit unseren Stühlen immer wieder in schattige Plätze wechseln - super! Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Altstadt und dem noblem Vomero-Viertel hoch über dem Corso Vittorio Emmanuele. Zu erreichen ist sie nur über mehrere Stufen (wir lernten das Neapel der Treppen kennen, :-)). Die dazwischenliegenden Häuser schirmen den Verkehrslärm weitgehend ab. Schnell erreichbar ist die Funiculare zum Montesanto (unbedingt auch einmal die Treppen hinuntergehen!), ein bisschen weiter, aber immer noch fußläufig, die Metrostation Salvator Rosa. Die Wohnung ist mit allen nötigen Utensilien ausgestattet, auch mit Waschmaschine. Das Duschen ist ein wenig "tricky", da das heiße Wasser über einen Boiler in der Küche in das Bad geleitet wird. Man muss etwas in Etappen das Wasser aufdrehen, ist aber akzeptabel. Das Bad ist nicht sehr groß, aber schön gefließt und sehr sauber. Die Küche verfügt über ausreichend Geschirr zum Kochen der Einkäufe aus dem Corso V.E. Schlafzimmer mit großem Doppelbett (das auch den Namen Doppelbett verdient) mit guter Matratze und Schrank, das Wohnzimmer mit einer Couch, auf der man auch sitzen kann (ausziehbar als Schlafcouch, die haben wir aber nicht ausprobiert), großem Tisch, den wir nur zur Ablage nutzten, weil wir immer draußen gegessen haben. Die Vermieter haben einen Ordner mit vielen Tipps und Vorschlägen für die Stadtbesichtigung und Ausflüge zusammengestellt (in italienisch und englisch), ergänzt mit den Übersichten und Infos zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Beide, Claudia und Manuel, sind sehr nette Vermieter und haben auch immer nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt - gerne wieder! Eva und Ingrid

Super appart, totalement conforme aux photos!! Hyper confortable! Bien situé, à 5 minutes du funiculaire, du quartier espagnol et 15 minutes à pied du musée archéologique! des petits commerçants typiques et très sympas tout près! Sans oublier l'accueil très chaleureux, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Claudia! Elle parle très bien français, est pleine d'attention, bref un super séjour chez elle!!!!
