Great location

Close to the beach and shopping, and the on site amenities were well maintained. When we had a problem with the air conditioning, Michael and his staff had it solved within a couple of hours. I would definitely consider staying here next time we are in Naples.

Outdated and underwhelming

The location was terrific, the pool and outdoor spaces well maintained. Hogfish restaurant delicious. The unit was very outdated, couch worn and uncomfortable, carpet was dirty, my slippers black by week’s end, tossed at checkout. I believe my bedsheets were not changed. Luckily there was an additional sheet I was able to change out. Was unable to turn air down below 76 the thermostat not functioning correctly. The young lady checking us in was very friendly and helpful. My first experience with VRBO likely my last. .

Previous renter unplugged the HDMI cable from tv in living room. Took me some time to figure out. TV in bedroom did not work. Room was clean, bed was comfortable in Master. Can't beat the location.

Nice location. Rehab of this condo lacking.

Old resort. Our unit rehabbed with cheapest appliances and fixtures available. Lamps yourgrandmother’s estate sent to goodwill, e.g. Main bedroom dark and depressing.with window facing porch sealed shut so no fresh air. Bathroom so small toilet almost touches bathtub and blocks oart of it. I wish there had been actual description of place. Were no VRBO reviews of the place. Shoulda been a warning. If you like indoor camping.this is great place. Looking for anything upscale, however, look elsewhere.
