Enjoyed my stay! Though the room was small, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was exceptional and the morning buffet was great. If my travels take me to Naples again, I’m staying here.

The hotel is located in a safe area and a walking distance to a lot of shops and restaurants. We stayed in the hotel for one night, and enjoyed our short visit of Naples. It’s a short drive, less than 10 minutes from Naples Airport and close the port for ferries.

Great location. Probably the best in town. Good reasonable breakfast. Big bathroom, strong shower. Be aware that the hotel was not as in the shape it used to be (need renovation and the carpets need to be cleaned more constantly. You could feel the dust below your feet.)

Decent for a quick stay

Hotel is very basic. Old hotel with wood paneling and needs renovations. Clean rooms though and wood floors, which is a good thing.breakfast basic, but ok. In an area with expensive shops. 10 mnt walk to sea promenade. It’s ok for a quick stopover if you want to be in this area.

The Majestic is in a quiet location but still conveniently close to great shops and restaurants in Chiaia. The staff are all friendly and helpful, the rooms very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

This hotel is very clean and the room was big - The staff was friendly and helpful the breakfast buffet was outstanding - large amount of choices I only wish there were more services provided- like currency exchange and postage available and currency exchange but all in all very nice hotel

Exe is an older hotel but very well maintained. We noticed there were LOTS of concenient light switches and power outlets in the rooms, even automatic window shutters. Very accommodating staff. Easy walking distance to the harbor, shops, restaurants.

This hotel has an excellent location - very close to the harbour as well as the Piazza del Plebiscito. The staff is very cordial and very good. The rooms and bathroom are large. The breakfast also has a good spread. The hotel is not well maintained. The carpets in hotel are dirty and the bathroom fittings and furniture are old.
