Relax in your beautifully furnished and newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath waterfront home. Brand new fully stocked kitchen and baths. Great outdoor lanai and dock to enjoy the casual laid back atmosphere. Boat dock can accommodate up to a 40' boat. Isle Capri has great restaurants and bars Close to Naples and Marco Island.

It was a fine place for a few days. Owners were wonderful and very responsive. Backyard could use some sprucing up. Beds were ok. Everything else was nice. Thank you very much.

Had a great time! Place was nicely decorated. We enjoyed using our kayaks we brought with us and launched from the backyard dock. FYI the dock does not have a ladder. We ate at several local restaurants on island that had very good seafood. Relaxing and low key.

The house was great along with the neighborhood. It's a little quieter, more low key compared to Marco Island. We really enjoyed our stay for a month! The weather didn't agree with our boating plans, but it was so nice to have our boat right in our back yard!! Would come back again.

Isle of Capri stay

This is our 3rd year to Marco Island. We opted to stay on Isle of Capri neighborhood this year for our Spring Break. Home was perfect! Clean, new everything. Tastefully decorated. The cream family room furniture scared us a bit with 2 teen boys but covered them w blankets to help avoid any unwanted stains! Brave owner : ) Kitchen was stocked with all appliances and needs for cooking. The yard was a peaceful retreat. We rented bikes and rode bikes around. It was a bit of a distance for beach day but enjoyed the views on the ride over Marco Bridge and on Marco. We also enjoyed walking the neighborhood seeing the rebuilding and area homes as well as water views. We would definitely recommend this property if you were fine driving to beach daily. The owner was very easy to work with and communication was prompt.

Great stay!

We had a fantastic stay. The house was very nicely remodeled and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfy. The owner was fantastic to work with. Isles of Capri is small but the restaurants are amazing and worth the wait. Also only a couple of miles from Marco so close to the beach and water fun. We'd definitely book again if we're in the area.
