We had such a lovely stay at Hotel Il Convento! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the action, with everything within walking distance, yet we always felt safe. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping team was so kind. Breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Naples.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Naples. The property was clean, and the room layout worked perfectly for our family with two boys. The location also allowed us to experience authentic Neapolitan culture, with several excellent restaurants just a short walk away. We would happily stay here again on a future visit.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Umberto was especially helpful in giving us information. While not a 4 or 5 star hotel, the location is excellent if you want to be in the Spanish Quarter and close to the Historic Center. The bed was very comfortable and the attached patio was a pleasant surprise.

Every staff member was fantastic, helpful and friendly! The hotel is in a perfect location in the Spanish Quarters, close to everything downtown and the water. Breakfast was delicious every day. Leftover snacks and a coffee machine were available at any time. They give useful, thoughtful items in the room: toothbrush, comb, razor, slippers...I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel Il Convento is the sort of well run three star hotel that one looks for in a new city. The location is excellent with access to the entire city and beyond. The small side street feel is comforting an buts you in the middle of a real neighborhood. It provides very hight quality for a very reasonable price.
