We loved it so much here that we added an extra night. The staff was phenomenal and so very personable. The hotel is lovely, fresh and new and very clean. It was an easy location to take the train or bus around Naples. They provided parking as a cost. We highly recommend this hotel. We do plan to return!

Hôtel très classe. Grande chambre moderne avec jacuzzi sur la terrasse très appréciable avant ou après les visites. Le SPA est reposant car jamais plus de 4 personnes dans le créneau d'une heure réservé au préalable. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable. Un grand merci à Antonella qui s'occupait de notre chambre. La situation excentrée n'est pas du tout un problème car le train qui permet de rejoindre Naples est à 2 pas et est très confortable. C'est appréciable d'être au calme après avoir vécu la ferveur de Naples toute la journée. Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour ce séjour.

The hotel is nice but location isn’t the best and it’s definitely not a 5 star. I’d say it’s a very good 4 star. To be a 5 star in my opinion, the staff need better trainin. Two staff members decided to start having an argument in the middle of the breakfast area in front of guests then continued an explosive argument in the kitchen, which we could still hear. They could not care less whether people heard them or not. Italy is not known for world class customer service however even for Italy, it was really bad. Otherwise the hotel is fine. Please note they don’t do room service after 10pm so if you arrive late and are hungry, you are out of luck. We tried to book the spa but then the reception cannot actually book anything for you. Only the “spa lady” can and she was nowhere to be seen. We asked to be contacted so we could book some time to use the facilities but never heard back.

Great Hotel

Great hotel. Staff and particularly Sarah and Marco at the front desk went above and beyond to help with anything. Great food top pool and breakfast. Be prepared to pay NYC hotel prices for food and cocktails.

siamo stati in questa struttura purtroppo solo per 1 notte su 3 giorni totali, hotel davvero top in una zona molto vicino al lungomare, ci siamo mossi sempre con taxi (prenotato nella hall) perche la metro per lavori era chiusa. personale super gentile e premuroso, colazione ricca a buffet. ho usufruito anche del parcheggio, eccezionali anche li! appena avremmo modo di tornare a Napoli sicuramente sappiamo già dove soggiornare :D

Lovely hotel, clean, everything was fabulous, staff all fantastic, delicious breakfast, etc. The only downside were the loungers at the pool that don’t have the reclining legs rest part, so you can only tan the front of your body.. lying on your tummy is very uncomfortable as the lounger ends at your knees.

L’hotel est très bien, le problème est son emplacement, dans un quartier populaire de Naples. De plus, la photo de la piscine sur le site Expédia, ne correspond pas à la réalité ! Sur le site, on voit une piscine entourée de verdure, alors qu’en réalité, il s’agit d’une piscine sur un roof top entourée d’immeuble. On est carrément dans une publicité mensongère, du au site Expédia ou à l’hotel, à vous de nous le dire.
