Welcome to Naples, Maine located 35 miles west of Portland. The home is located on Long Lake with 100+ ft of gorgeous sandy beach. Not only is it sandy, the beach has a gradual entry excellent for young kids and a long dock, which is perfect for your boat. No boat? Not a problem, you are able to rent a boat right next door at Long Lake Marina. If you enjoy water sports then you are in an excellent location. Within walking distance you can rent jet-skis, paddle boats, or take a seaplane ride.

If you prefer to sit back and relax, take a scenic ride on the Songo River Queen, a 90 foot long paddle-wheel boat that will take you for a beautiful sunset cruise on Long Lake. Oh, did I forget to mention that there is over 40 miles of waterway that takes you through the locks all the way to Sebago Lake.

Not into water sports? You have a rare beautiful long sweeping lawn perfect for outdoor activities and lakefront dining. sit, relax, and enjoy the call of the loons. Within short walking distance is the Naples library, shops, antiques, restaurants and a long causeway perfect for walks or a bike ride. For the golfer, there are two nearby golf courses: Point Sebago and Bridgton Country Club.

Location, location, location. The home is situated in the heart of Naples with restaurants having indoor or outdoor lakeside seating within walking distance. No need to get behind the steering wheel for an evening out. If you are lucky to snag the fourth of July week, you will have the best seat in town for the fireworks with the barge moored right in front of your beach.

Now about the home. The home was built in 1880s and has been totally renovated with beautiful wood floors, high ceilings, one and three-quarter bathrooms, four bedrooms (one king, one queen, one full, two twin). We have cable, high definition TV's, and WIFI modem for your enjoyment (House rule, no checking e-mails from the office while vacationing!!!). We would be delighted to send additional pictures.

The property is owner occupied (Rob & Marie plus Zak our dog) that live in a completely separate new addition on the back of the house protecting your privacy.
