L'établissement est très bien situé, tout proche du centre historique, ce qui permet de faire beaucoup de visites à pied. Il sert un excellent petit-déjeuner avec du salé, et du sucré fait maison. Il est également proche de restaurants, ce qui permet de dîner le soir dans le quartier, de la rue Toledo et ses nombreuses boutiques et des délicieux restaurants des quartieri spagnoli. On est un peu surpris à prime abord par les rues du quartier avec leurs immeubles décatis et les graffiti qui décorent toutes les maisons, mais c'est Naples et on s'habitue très vite.

Cute B&B with lovely hosts

Cute B&B within city centre in Naples. Gigi is an amazing host. She doesn't speak English but managed to communicate very well. Breakfasts are great, pastries, coffee and a buffet and Gigi makes some great morning cakes.

God oplevelse!

Fin oplevelse med en meget venlig udlejer, der hjalp med bykort og kontakt til taxa. Dejligt stort værelse med privat bad. Meget central beliggenhed.

Wonderful B&B

We loved our stay! Gigi and Angela were amazing hosts and we felt as if we were staying in their house rather than a B&B. Breakfast was amazing with pastries, meats, cheeses, and freshly made cappuccino or espresso. The wifi was strong and free, and the location for us was perfect with access to either the Toledo or Universita metro stations, each being about a 10 minute walk away. If you arrive with baggage use Universita as it has fewer steps than Toledo. Don't be fooled by the neighborhood; yes there is graffiti everywhere in Naples but we never felt unsafe, and the surrounding area was always well lit. There is also a self-service laundromat about 5-10 minutes away that we found useful. It is called Lav@sciuga and located on Via Sedile di Porto 54. This saved us as Naples was in the middle of our 2+ week stay in Italy. In short, we loved our stay here and will stay again next time we're in Napoli.

Tutta Napoli a portata di mano!

La gestione del b&B è molto cordiale e al tempo stesso non invadente. La posizione è perfetta perché a pochi metri dalla via dello shopping e vicinissima al centro storico con tutte le opere d'arte da non perdere. Si può andare in giro a piedi di giorno e di sera e vedere molto anche in un week end

Ottimo B&B!

Siamo stati con la mia compagna e mio figlio di 4 mesi in questa struttura per un week end, ci siamo trovati benissimo. L'accoglienza è stata impeccabile, si può dire lo stesso della condizione di pulizia della camera. L'accesso al B&B con la carrozzina non era comodissimo a causa degli scalini prima di raggiungere l'ascensore ma la bellezza dell'edificio valeva la pena degli sforzi. Unica pecca è stato il disguido con il parcheggio convenzionato... Non c'è stato verso di fargli cambiare il prezzo del giornaliero da 25 a 20 euro a causa di un errore commesso dal proprietario del parcheggio nell'emissione del ticket. Dopo averle provate tutte e nonostante il proprietario de B&B (gentilissimo) si fosse messo a disposizione ci siamo rassegnati e abbiamo pagato il prezzo pieno. Nel complesso devo dire che ci siamo trovati benissimo e la posizione del B&B è favolosa, a 2 passi dal centro storico di Napoli e a 5 minuti dalla fermata della metro! Consiglio comunque di recarsi in treno e non in auto.

Surprising home-stay style B&B in Napoli old town

Don't be put off by the street appearance. Monteolivetto B&B is a great base from which to experience Napoli. The old town is right before you. Station is 20 minute walk. Metro is 5 minutes away. We walked to and explored all 3 castles in a day. Great choice of places to eat and drink.

Ideales Stadthotel für Neapel

Die Lage in Neapels Altstadt mit nahen schönen Plätzen und Restaurants sowie der attraktiven Via Tribunale ist ideal. Der Betreiber Gigi und seine Frau Angela sind äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sie haben uns gute Tipps für Restaurants gegeben und hatten überhaupt auf alle touristischen Fragen eine Antwort. Das 300 Jahr alte Stadthaus hat viel Flair und erinnert - allerdings nur von außen, im Innenhof und in den Aufgängen - ein wenig an den morbiden Charme von Havannas Altstadt. Die Räume des B&B im 4. OG sind jedoch tipptop renoviert. In unserem gemütlichen Zimmer haben wir uns wohlgefühlt und alles war absolut sauber. Überhaupt scheint man auf Sauberkeit dort großen Wert zu legen. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Wifi hat problemlos funktioniert. Wenn es uns wieder nach Neaperl verschlägt, wird das Monteoliveto unsere erste Wahl sein. Hotel bien placé, à l'entrée de la vieille ville. Chambre correcte et propre, un peu sombre, mais on ne séjourne pas à l'hôtel. Déjeuner un peu limite, on aimerait bien une viennoiserie et du vrai pain (pas sous plastique)

Comfortable stay

The b+b is located in a position that is kind of in between everything which means quite a bit of walking is involved, while the b+b is clean and the service was good the facilities are basic for the price that you pay.

Per godere il soggiorno a Napoli

Io e mia moglie abbiamo scelto questo B&B sulla base delle recensioni ed è stata una scelta azzeccatissima. La posizione è felice: facilmente raggiungibile a piedi dalla stazione (circa 20 minuti a piedi percorrendo Corso Umberto I), per chi arriva in automobile c'è anche un garage a circa 200 metri dove lasciare l'auto al sicuro. Il centro storico è veramente a due passi: via Toledo e i quartieri spagnoli a 3 minuti a piedi, la funicolare a 10 minuti, il duomo a 15, spaccanapoli a 10 minuti insomma tutto veramente a portata di "passeggiata". Il palazzo che lo ospita mostra chiaramente i segni del passato splendore e del attuale situazione non proprio felicissima ma il B&B è ristrutturato recentemente in maniera eccellente e molto gradevole. La pulizia della stanza era perfetta, la colazione con i dolci preparati dalla proprietaria ottimi (la pastiera.....), gli infissi isolano bene dai rumori esterni il che - unito alla posizione al quarto piano dello stabile - permette un sonno molto buono nonostante la posizione centrale. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, senza mai essere invadenti, e disponibili a risolvere qualsivoglia richiesta dei clienti. Tra l'altro dispensano molti e utili consigli su cosa visitare, come passare la giornata, sui ristoranti (questi ultimi veramente centrati) ecc. Insomma non riesco a trovare punti deboli, anzi quando tornerò a Napoli sicuramente sceglierò di nuovo il B&B Monteoliveto.

L'ubicazione della struttura in pieno centro storico mi ha permesso di visitare moltissimi luoghi di interesse artistico;se poi considero anche la cortesia e la disponibilità dei proprietari,posso dire che la mia permanenza presso Monteoliveto B.& B. ha reso piacevolissimo il mio soggiorno a Napoli.

Hotel très acceuillant et très central

Hôtel parfaitement situé, en plein cœur de Naples. L'accueil y est très chaleureux avec des propriétaires d'une gentillesse extrême. Petit déjeuner excellent.

The B&B is in a great location, as stated before it looked iffy when we first approach the B&B the out side and inter courtyard need painting so it looks grungy but after we were in side and saw how well maintain the place was kept we became more comfortable, The room was large and very clean with a modern bath and air-condition . The owners were great and went out of their way to help even with limited english.recommending restaurants and other sites to visit. you are centrally located and it can be spooky at night with the narrow dark streets and no one out. But we were totally safe

ナポリ気質の気さくなオーナー！ナポリを満喫するのにぴったり。

B&Bのオーナーご夫妻がとにかくいい方でした。とっても気さくで優しくて。7人のグループでいったんですが、深夜についた私たちにもきちんと起きて待っていてくれて、翌朝の朝食はとってもおいしかったです。

Ideal central location

A little difficult to find and from the outside we were a little unsure of what to expect. Took rather dated lift to fourth floor, greeted by owner! Room was large and spacious with reasonable facilities although shower temperature took a while to get desired temperature and pressure wasn't fantastic! Breakfast was basic but adequate, overall comfortable and clean .
