Beautiful, generous sized rooms. Very clean and quiet at night. Good breakfast, there are also many other options just outside the front entrance. Very attentive, courteous and helpful staff. Well located, but it is in a very touristic area… which we enjoyed. There many, many restaurants nearby. Napoli is chaotic, but a lot of fun!

Location was brilliant for sightseeing and travelling around the area. It’s busy and noisy but that didn’t disturb our sleep. The room was large, comfortable and the bathroom great with lovely shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. The staff at reception were great and very helpful. The cleaner seemed to have a thing about not always cleaning the mugs or restocking tea, coffee or sugar, I don’t know why but reception always helped. The thing that let it down was breakfast. No toaster, drinks from a machine and just not great. Fortunately there are lots cafes on the doorstep

Luxury is crazy to say. Misleading and run down. The room itself was ok but the scary ambiance around it. Scary elevator fits one person uncomfortable, broken glass , garbage , no 24 hour staff. Horrible will never go back literally best.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view from the balcony and the bed was huge. The location cannot be beat, right in the middle of all the action with all the places we wanted to visit easily walkable. For those venturing further afield, the metro was a two minute walk down the street.

The hotel is in excellent location, in heart of the city center, walk to everywhere, bus and subway. The breakfast is great, Adriana, the lady works preparing food, is fantastic, she got things ready in early morning. We usually got to the breakfast room very early and she already placed things out nicely. A big help to our schedule, two thumbs up, thank you Adriana !!
