10/10 would recommend Upon arriving at Napoli Class Luxury B&B we were kindly greeted @ reception on the 2nd floor. We were not only appreciative of the efficient check-in process, but we were surprised by an upgraded suite which was much needed following 10 days of travel. The suite was a situated on the same floor as the breakfast room & terrace. Terrace was equipped with the perfect day beds for rest and/or tanning - in addition great views of the main shopping area. The room itself was outstandingly clean, equipped with strong wifi and a Smart TV, comfy bed and sheets, a Juliet balcony and a gorgeous bathroom. This was a treat after staying in traditional hotel rooms in other Italian cities. The location was walkable to many shops and restaurants. It was right around the corner from the Galleria Umberto. Breakfast was quaint and just perfect to get our last servings of bufala mozzarella. We also had the smoothest check-out which was paired by a wonderful sleep. They also offer a baggage room in case you want to explore Naples post-check out. Highly recommend. This stay was such a treat!

Mostly great!

Pros - lovely room with coffee and a fridge and on demand nespresso and pastries in the lobby 24/7. Room also had a balcony’s Chiara at the front desk was incredibly helpful and friendly assisting with taxi needs and recommendations. When she learned our day tour was departing to Amalfi prior to the breakfast service at the hotel she offered to pack us up a breakfast “to go” Cons - the street noise is pretty loud. From people, to seagulls, to horns. Bring ear plugs!

We were a party of five and had two rooms reserved. When we arrived, we received a nice upgrade for one of the reservations to the apartment suite (had a full kitchen and two bedrooms and large sitting area). It was also a nice surprise to have champagne and nice Italian pastries waiting for us in both rooms. Large rooms with nice bathrooms and good AC! Very clean and wonderful customer service. Good location and walkable to the port where we took a ferry to Sorrento. Breakfast was included with stay and had many good options but dining area was very small. Some parts of hotel under renovation but not loud. Would recommend.

We got there at a bit of a late hour in the day and the young lady at the reception was there to check us in. She was very nice and showed us to our room. The only unfortunate thing is that we only had one night to stay at the hotel. We did try and stay an extra day, but unfortunately they were booked up. We would definitely stay there again. It was very very nice. We will be sure to stay there next time we are in Naples.

Excellent place to stay for a young family

Great place to stay for a young family. Right in centre of town, spacious Suite room accommodated us well. We have two kids aged 6 and 4 and they shared the double sofa bed, no problem. Thank you Napoli Class and for looking after the koala teddy who accidentally got left behind.

Wonderful property! Conveniently located near Via Toledo which is a main connector for dining options and shopping. Our room was spacious with high ceiling and comfortable beds. WE travelled with our 12 year old daughter and this was her first international experience- and she loved it! The staff are amazing. The breakfast was incredible. We were greeted with a friendly smile every morning. Highly recommend this hotel! In fact all of the people we met in Napoli were generous and kind.

This hotel was steps away from the Spanish quarter and we were so happy. Endless food options just minutes away. Also very easy access to the metro and sea port from the location. The breakfast was wonderful with many options (eggs (scrambled and hard boiled), lots of meat and cheese, pastries, fruit, cereals, option to make a panini, waffles, mini pancakes, and more I probably missed). The room was quiet for being in such a busy area. It was difficult to find at first (it had a very small sign outside a giant wooden door) and a front desk person is only there certain hours (she was very friendly and helpful). Using maps search “Napoli Class” to find the location.
