The location was perfect, near cafe's. restaurants, shopping and a bus stop. It was roomy and well appointed. I would HIGHLY recommend the next occupant familiarize yourself with the numerous links & instructions given prior to staying. We arrived after 5pm and the a/c remote was not functioning. Nobody would answer my texts as they did not deem it an emergency. I am 57 and traveling with my 16 year old daughter and 80 year old mother. It was over 80 degrees in the unit and no a/c, therefore we all suffered a sleepless night on our first night in Naples. It is such a beautiful city with so much character, fabulous energy, amazing food and history. The next day the contact person would only text me and we spent an hour back and forth texting before they asked me if all of the switches were on in the apartment. The switches appear to be light switches, but they are energy switches. There were no instructions and no signs within the apartment. I went throughout the apartment playing with the numerous switches and the a/c powered on. This should be posted within the unit. Instead, they told me it was in one of the many "links" I was emailed when I booked the stay 3 weeks prior and I should have read them. Yes, indeed I should have. However it was a hectic time as I planned my first trip to Europe with my family during those weeks prior to leaving. Live and learn! Otherwise, it was a great apartment in a fabulous location.
