Posizione comoda dalla stazione poi bisogna camminare o prendere metro per il centro. Vale il prezzo che si paga nulla di più , colazione minima , camera non rifatta nei giorni di permanenza

Muy buen hotel

El hotel está situado a unos minutos andando de la plaza Garibaldi donde se encuentra la estación central de ferrocarriles, la línea de Metro y la parada del autobús que va al aeropuerto. Es un buen sitio para empezar a moverse por Nápoles o ir en tren a Pompeya. La habitación y el cuarto de baño son muy amplios y todo estaba limpio. La cama es grande (dos camas individuales juntas) y el colchón y las almohadas muy cómodos. Tiene un pequeño frigorífico. Lo recomiendo.

I don’t think this was a 3-star hotel based on other stays that I had! We didn’t have hot water in one of the days during our stay. They didn’t change the towels during our entire stay (3 nights). The room had a cigarette smell that sticked on my clothes. The region is very noisy and the streets are really dirty. The staff were cordial but speak very poor English.

Un peu limite !

Hôtel bien situé, mais sur une avenue très passante. Les chambres sont confortables et très propres Toutefois, personne ne parle ni anglais, ni Français, Pour le paiement CB il faut aller dans l'hôtel d'à coté Le petit déjeuner inclus dans le prix n'existe pas !

The rooms itself was very good, simple yet modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable. However the room was located in another building, a few hundred meters from the hotel, in an old hotel with not renovated halways. The restaurant serving breakfast was even worse - it looked like not cleaned for many years and the meal was the simplest version of sweet, Italian breakfast, nothing more.

L'hotel est propre mais le personnel n'a pas d'accueil, ils devraient s'améliorer. Je n'ai pas aimé aussi qu'on m'ait chargé pour le déjeuner 4 jours, je prend cet hôtel chaque année et c'est toujours inclus, ils m'ont dit que c'est expedia qui a enlevé le déjeuner

The hotel is well located near the central train station,we didn't stay in Naples and visited a different place each day, so the location was great. The STAFF at the receptuon were RUDE. When we first arrived nobody greeted us until we said hi and after that the girl at the reception keep focused on her instagram for a moment before asking what we wanted or anything, not even a welcome. This incredibly common in Naples, I was shocked about it. I emailed the hotel weeks prior our visit and i haven't got a reply yet. HOT WATER in the shower comes and goes with no reason. Some of the the staff didn't speak a word of English (not a problem with that) som of their staff speak English and we would ask questions in English and got answers in italian ,we are Spanish so we understand a Italian more or less,but if they understood and sometimes spoke English I really don't understand why we would get answers in Italian. CLEANLINESS was very good, specially considering how the rest of the city was,congratulations to the cleaning crew. BREAKFAST is way too sweet, everything is very not appropriate for diabetic people. BED is very uncomfortable, if you move the person on the other side will move as well, it feels like a watee bed.

Bien mais pourrait mieux.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche de la gare et donc des transports publics pour se déplacer. De plus, il était propre, le lit confortable et la taille de la chambre grande. Mais l'artère principale à proximité ne favorise pas le calme et notre chambre donnait sur le côté. De plus, l'isolation est peu présente et le corridor en permanence allumé était bien visible la nuit. Pour terminer, la réceptionniste du matin était très agréable, celle de l'après-midi nettement moins. Bref il ne faut pas s'attendre à un super hôtel, mais l'essentiel y est.

The worst hotel I have ever been. The man sitting in the front desk at night wearing suites and tie was really rude! He was mean because I was speaking english not Italian. The girl speaking english at the front desk was really nice and helpful though. So many small flyers in the room. Weak wifi! Stay away from this hotel!

Soggiorno molto piacevole
