Clean room, friendly staff. Not much food available on the premises. Pool much smaller than it looks in the picture. The neighborhood wasn’t great but I guess that’s to be expected so close to a central train station

Rooms are nice, breakfast staff is very kind. Front desk was incredibly unwelcoming, but more than anything this hotel is in a VERY bad area. For a four star hotel, I’d expect to feel safe, however, this area is known for theft, pickpocketing, mugging etc. Would strongly suggest staying somewhere else as this really interrupted our stay.
