My initial review was deleted. This property is in a convenient/central area but noisy and not very safe. The apartment is renovated and modern. Multiple safety steps to get in (which tell you a lot about the area). The advertising of this hotel is very misleading since the description says “aparthotel with rooftop” but you won’t have access to that rooftop unless you stay in that specific room. I booked for the views of Mt Vesuvius shown in photos which I didn’t have access to. There is lots of better and cheaper options in the center and near the coast. Also, when I went back to the apt after a day out, I notice additional toilet paper that I didn’t requested/needed (housekeeping wasn’t announced either and nothing else was done in the apt), after that I felt unsafe since I figured anybody was able to enter at anytime. The apt cannot be locked from the inside which added to the concern. A blood stain was found on the bed sheet.

Easy access from the train station. The managers were incredibly useful in getting us organized for our stay as well as to give us a long list of things to visit and places to eat in Napoli. I would recommend this place without reserve.

Excelente customer service, quick response to any questions. The property is very well maintained, very clean, elevator that takes you right to your room. Great for couples or families. Great location, walking distance from old town, and couple mini markets 1 min away in case you need anything.

Property with entry dystem was easy to access and felt safe. The hallway and lift were clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. Hangers in wardrope were too high to hang clothes.

The property was a good value for the price and very clean inside. The apartment was spacious and had a kitchenette with a gas cooktop, oven and a washer. (Would have liked even a basic microwave for rewarming coffee and takeaway food. Had a drying rack instead of a dryer but takes 24 hours to dry Levi’s.) The poor condition of the area around the property wasn’t the owner’s responsibility and Naples struggles with housing so many residents and tourists but hopefully gets better in time. Alessio was easily reached and available, and very helpful at check in with local recommendations.

The apartment was clean and spacious and the staff we met were very nice. There was not an actual coffee maker which was a downfall. No blanket on the pull out couch bed,asked for one the first day but the manager could not understand why one was needed, asked again 2nd day and got one. The oddest thing was that we each were only given one bath towel, one hand towel and a towel slightly larger than a hand towel and were told that we would not receive any more towels during our 4 night stay unless we paid $12.00 per set??? There are no perks to staying here.
