This cozy efficiency unit sits behind a quiet marina, offering a laid-back island vibe while being just minutes from Marco Island's award-winning beaches (10min) and Naples dining & shopping (20min).

Inside you'll find:

The boat docks are private. Fishing is allowed directly behind the efficiency. Unit has a microwave, hot plate, toaster oven, refrigerator and freezer, blender, kettle, water cooler & pod coffee maker with pod selection. Beach chairs and towels are available. Cleanliness is a priority, we have consistent 5 star reviews on other listing sites.
