Walking distance to 5th Avenue South and downtown Olde Naples where you’ll find shopping, fine dining and famous white sand beaches. Experience stunning sunsets on our dock in the evenings in a quiet, low-density area. Updated Florida room with new windows under air allows you to dine overlooking the pool and canal. Keyless entry. New gourmet appliances, washer/dryer, wine chiller, under-cabinet ice maker, quartz countertops, fixtures/hardware, oak hardwood flooring, new bathroom vanities, tile, toilets (master has Toto) custom shower doors, Samsung TVs in each room, Nest Thermostat, Ring Doorbell, Sonos Sound System, recessed LED can lighting, ceiling fans, & all new furniture. Condo is stocked with coffee, toiletries, luggage racks, beach towels, etc. Enjoy heated pool, boating, waterfront living, walks to the beach, and shops on 5th Avenue.
