I really loved my stay here and had a wonderful experience in Naples. The property was comfortable, clean, and had a lovely balcony that I truly enjoyed during my stay. The breakfast was excellent—the cornetto was always fresh, warm, and delicious. I would also like to thank the staff. The cleaning lady was incredibly kind and friendly. The manager who welcomed me at check-in was exceptionally polite, helpful, and professional. He gave me many great suggestions on places to visit and things to do in Naples, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Thank you to everyone for the warm hospitality and excellent service. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Naples.

Breakfast is at a restaurant close to the hotel (1 pastry + one coffee). Clean room Missing some basics like Tissues, cups, or body soap. They give shampoo only. Staff was very helpful and available through WhatsApp. A little bit hard to find the hotel as there's no sign and it is in the same building as other hotels/Hostels but they helped us via messages to find our way. AC was functioning very well. We got the yellow room which has the bathroom connecting through the check-in counter so is outside of the bedroom. Bed was comfortable and the location is very convenient as it is right at the train station.

Overall a very clean room , clean towels 3 out of 5 days , maybe due to me ? Helpful staff , contactable via WhatsApp. Good location for travelling around being 300 meters from the main rail station . Easy to get from the airport by bus that stops right outside the main station , leaving a 2min walk to the hotel . Yes it’s located on the 5th floor , it’s a building that acts as a few hotels all in one The lift does work , but as it’s older only holds 2 , so not great for a family or more than 2 . Stairs are ok and clean to use . Breakfast is provided by a cafe 500m away , which serves a local sugared donut type pastry or a croissant with a coffee , again helpful and friendly staff , nice to watch the world go by . All in all a good value place to stay that’s clean , friendly , easy to access to and from .

The location is amazing, it’s walking distance from the train station. We stayed 3 nights and used Naples as home base for our travels. It’s about a 30 minute train ride from Pompeii and 2 hour ferry ride from Amalfi. The room itself was spacious and had a great view of mount Vesuvius. Max was very friendly and helpful.

This was the ideal 2 night stay for my Naples visit. I am a solo traveller, and I felt very safe here, on the top floor of the building. It is ideal for transport links, being just by the station. There are always lots of Polizia around the area, which is also very reassuring, if you arrive late at night, like myself. The apartment was very good value. It was spacious , and the bed is comfortable. The host is very attentive over WhatsApp, and the receptionist who provided breakfast tickets was very kind. You receive a ticket for a lovely coffee and pastry at their nearby cafe . This is the ideal stop if you are looking for something by the station (it’s over the road!), and if you want to explore all day and then come back to a good nights sleep . You can walk into Naples , via your breakfast cafe, and it gives you lots to see and do along the way, with the famous and best pizza in Naples on your way back to your apartment. A perfect city break. Thank you so much 🙏

total rip off, reserved a room with a balcony, when we got there, we were informed the room we had reserved was trashed by the people that were there prior, they offered us another room, smaller no balcony. Unacceptable… The manager called a hotel down the street went with us and our luggage and got a room there… He was very apologetic and said he would refund a room cost… Well guess what he never did when I called Hotels.com about getting a refund. They called the manager and he totally lied and said we refused the room… I paid for a room with a balcony and more space and they offered me one without a balcony and smaller space… Totally unacceptable.!
