We so excited to stay in this room. Very clean, comfortable, safety and right on main street Via Toledo. we arrive two hours before and Martina was very nice and friendly open door for room . recommended places for eat and help with taxi transportation . Location comfortable for shopping, walking and see historical places. Highly recommended.

This place is amazing! The staff is amazing, the location is amazing and the room is great! It is loud but you are also just steps away from the action. There is amazing food and shops everywhere, great places to see everywhere, the metro is 2 minutes away if you need to go further and the woman that runs the establishment is amazing! She helped us a few times with various things we were unsure of around town and she's always friendly and smiling. The cleaning ladies are extremely friendly and do a fantastic job as well. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay and will hopefully be able to come back and stay here again!

It may be a little difficult to locate the hotel but after that you’ll need a cover and ear plugs to sleep. Other that, you’re in a great location to get every where Naples!!

This property was a pleasant surprise! We did not hear great things about Naples, but we were only there for one night before our flight out. The check-in was easy; the apartment was on the second floor, and the bathroom was beautiful! The location seemed to be on a popular strip; there were lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and soon after we arrived, there was some kind of parade, which was fun to see! Again, we were only here for one night but enjoyed our stay and would certainly book again.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location was ideal for accessing public transport. There are lots of options for food right outside the hotel. Communication was excellent, our questions were answered really quickly via the Expedia app. The room was spotless and cleaned every day. If you are a light sleeper take earplugs with you for sleeping as Naples is a very busy city!

The walls are VERY thin; we were unable to sleep in and could hear everything happening both on the street and in the hallway, including the cleaning staff’s very loud conversation and their vacuum repeatedly hitting the neighboring wall. Cleaning staff knocked once and not even 2 seconds later opened our door while we were still dressing. Elevator either requires money or a special key to get to their 5th floor main office. Had we not asked the security staff for help we would have lugged our luggage up 5 floors. We eventually got an elevator key. Our room was clean. The format of the room was very long and narrow, like a wide hallway. Headboard of the bed and couch are both covered somewhat hastily by fabric, I didn’t want to look underneath. Jetted tub functioned well but took probably 30 minutes to fill. Front desk staff was very friendly. Location is excellent, walkable, lots of dining and shopping options very close by. Overall, given the plethora of options in the area and the amount of money we paid, I’d say this was not great in terms of value. Again the unfortunate experience we had with noise/cleaning staff hastily opening our door make us never want to recommend this place.

Nice room, but a bit shabby

Checking in was a bit strange experience, we didn't get any directions beforehand and our calls / SMS weren't answered. Luckily the building doorman had the keys and he gave instructions. The room was spacious (3 person room), stylish looking, but a bit worn out. The walls looked dirty, all the surfaces (and light switches) were sticky and dusty. But floors and sheets were clean, so despite of looking shabby it was ok. We didn't see any other personnel during our 2 nights visit than the cleaning lady, would have appreciated that there would have been someone in the reception at least few hours per day. Location was good, a bit loud as you can expect in the very heart of Naples. Walls were thin but other guests were quiet, so we didn't have any bad experience. A bit improvement of the service and cleaning level and I would recommend this hotel.

Great place to stay

Great room and in a great spot on the very busy Via Toledo with the Quartieri Spagnoli on the doorstep! Just a 15 minute (uphill) walk from the port and the welcome was very friendly. It is on the 5th floor of a building so we were slightly confused when we first got there until we found the right lift to use. Overall a great place to stay for a few nights in Naples.

The noise from the street meant that there was very little sleep. The double glazing is not adequate. About 12am bin men would come and collect bottles, 3am all the drunk people singing and shouting, 6am the street cleaners and their machines. Also the walls are poorly insulated, and I could hear every conversation of the room next to me.

Excellent hotel with a good location

I will definitely come again. Location for the hotel was perfect, the hotel itself was amazing and the people were so kind. Service could not get any better. Thank you for making our trip much more memorable and the best possible.
