The property is located a few floors up in a building tucked between some stores and across the escalators to the galleria underground. The cost of the elevators are included during your visit (kindly provided by the security guard downstairs and the hotel's front desk). Main doors to the building and hotel are locked after hours which you can access with the keys you get, and with only 5 rooms, the property is quiet. Bedroom and washroom are spacious, which is rare and appreciated in Europe! Would love to stay again next time we're in town.

The Five Rooms was very conveniently located near the central train station and easily walkable to all the main areas in the city. The staff was super kind and helpful and the balcony overlooking the square was really nice.

The Five Rooms Napoli was a real find. Located right on Piazza Garibaldi, you get the unmistakable vibe of Naples from its beautiful rooftop patio. Steps away from the Citta Antica. The rooms are spotless and the breakfast excellent. And there’s even a charming elevator!

We were welcomed with a big smile by Giada, who was super helpful and willing to help us with suggestions and all the questions and concerns we had. Giada also offered to call and book us a hotel in the amalfi coast that turned out amazing. Alfredo changed on demand the plug in my room so that my cell phone charger cord for the new IPhone would fit. We felt at home. The place was very clean and comfortable. Conveniently located across the central station in Naples. Highly recommended. I would definitely return. Note that you need 10 cents to use the lift to get to their 4th floor. Wonderful and memorable 3 days in Naples.

The property was very clean and modern. It is in a great location, being approximately 3 minutes walk to a major train station. There are many restaurants in the immediate vicinity and variety of shops. Light continental breakfast is available. There is also a beautiful terrace for persons interested in viewing the the surrounding area. I liked the property very much and would recommend it for a short stay.

The place is great! Centrally located, host Alfredo is excellent (just like the other reviews stated). Metro, train, a and airport "ali" bus are right there. It is located in a very busy and famous square so there are many people everywhere, as well as traffic, noise and litter. However the rooms are on the 5th floor so they aren't really affected by it. A bit difficult to find but here is the easiest way. Get off the bus or train/metro and walk right to the very visible statue of Garibaldi. While facing the statue, look completely to your left= walk that direction and you will end up at #136. There is an old fashioned elevator inside which is wonderful. Enjoy your stay and the easy access to the train to Pompeii and Herculean.

The Airbnb is nice. It really does have only 5 rooms. Inside a building with other Airbnb’s. Building shakes when large trucks comes by which is quite often Nearby area is full of people sleeping on the streets. While it is nice and clean, we probably would not pick it again.

Beautiful room! Walking distance to all the touristy things in Napoli. Was a bit hard to find with a rental car, especially for us Americans, but well worth it! Parking was easy but a bit expensive.

Really liked this B&B. Very helpful and friendly host. We liked the old building but yet refurbished inside and wonderful terrace. The room is spacious. We were three adults. Shower is hot and large bathroom. There is a small fridge in the lobby for purchasing beverages, beer and wine. Will go again when in Napoli. Quiet too at night. Great sleep.

The Five Room hotel is an oasis in a chaotic city. Naples (especially next to the train station) is very very busy. You must keep your wits about you when outside the hotel. Common sense and awareness of your surroundings will do you well. Alfredo provides a safe place to relax and rest. I suggest sitting on the awesome terrace and watching the “goings on down in the square.

The owner of the property was very attentive. She took the time to talk about the history of her business and share what to see and do in Napoli. The room was updated and clean while the breakfast area and terrace were pleasant. The breakfast area was plentiful and a nice variety.

Staff, especially Alfredo, were great, helpful and friendly. The hotel was very clean, comfortable and well equipped . Breakfast was good. I forgot to tell them my wife was gluten and dairy free. On the second morning there was a basket full of gluten and dairy free products. Thank you !!! The terrace look out on to the piazza which was fascinating . On the whole worthy of the title boutique hotel

A quiet oasis in the city
The Five Rooms is a great place to stay. It is a small bed and breakfast with only five rooms. Each has a king size bed and a twin. The rooms are large and airy with plenty of light. There is a reading nook and large outdoor balcony. Breakfast is cereal, ham, cheese, bread, yogurt, juice, etc. and espresso, cappuccino, coffee, tea. Cold drinks are available to purchase at very reasonable prices. It is located right across the street from the Garibaldi train/bus station in Naples. It could be a little tricky to find as the only indication is a small sign on the building where it is located. It is on the 4th floor. Communication was excellent; confirming arrival time, meeting us downstairs, etc. Definitely worth seeking out, you will be delighted.

The location is great! Close to the bus station and central. Perfect place to stop for the night if you are travelling through. Unfortunately the surrounding area is a bit sketchy so you need to be careful. Also, it is very tricky to find and a bit challenging to get up to the fourth floor with luggage. Make sure you have a good set of instructions and take advantage of the help that the staff is willing to provide. They are very good! The place was clean and comfortable once we got inside and we felt safe there.

1st time to Napoli and the staff was great with details and making the stay stress-free. Small boutique hotel, with great and friendly staff. Was easy to jump on the Alibus from the airport and get off at the train station. Then just a short walk to the hotel. Room was very quiet, the bed was comfy and the room was clean. Will stay again!

Loved our stay here! Clean, quiet & a one block walk from the train station. Monday through Friday the building folks require 10 cents to use the elevator but 5 Rooms provides the dime. Excellent coffee in the morning & any easy walk to the port to catch a ferry to Capri.

The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and kind. They helped with directions, food recommendations, and area insider tips. Our bed was comfortable and the shower was large with good heat and water pressure. We were so happy to have stayed there.

Nice property. Very difficult to find! Uber dropped is off at corner as door front is on walking only street. Alfanso was great as we called him to get zeroed in on the front door! Terrace overlooking city is GREAT! Coffee wonderful!
