Check-in is a breeze with our convenient keyless entry, which allows direct access to the home upon arrival! All home info is sent to you before your vacation begins to ensure you have important info at the ready.
Outdoor space is unmatched, with oversized pool, separate jetted hot tub, lounge and chaise seating, and privacy fencing all around. Beautiful open concept kitchen & living with spacious kitchen, large sectional & ottomans, and an abundance of natural light. Seating for 4 in the dining, with 4 additional bar seating. Separate family & living room for hosting your friends and family. Additional office space in the den, with cozy seating, office desk & chair.
Perfect home for kids! Second guest bedroom equipped with two bunk beds, kid themed decor, and closet space. Kids can even enjoy their own TV! Master suite and guest bedrooms are perfect for couples looking to vacation together, or for the kids and grandkids to visit.

Only 4 miles to the white sanded Gulf Beach at Wiggins Pass State Park. For the golf enthusiast, Arrowhead golf club is a few miles east on Immokalee Rd. Tin City, 5th Ave, Waterside shoppes, Naples Zoo and Naples Botanical gardens are a short drive away.

* 3 night minimum stay in the off season. One month minimum stay in season. February and March Bookings: Single or two month bookings are only allowed in season if the previous month has been rented
*One small dog under 40 lbs, or cat can be allowed with owner approval and pet policy: Complete the on-line pet screening at , $200 non-refundable pet fee.
* Please allow us 24 hours or until the next business day to confirm your reservation. Your reservation is NOT confirmed until corresponding with a member of our team and signing the required rental agreement.
* When making an online reservation, guests will have the opportunity to review/sign our rental agreement to confirm, PRIOR to the down payment being charged.
* 30% deposit due at time of booking. Final Balance due 90 days prior to arrival. Please ask about our cancellation policy, it is more flexible than noted on VRBO.
