Vacationing in Paradise! The Falling Waters Condominium complex is a resort style, gated community on Davies Blvd. It is located within minutes of downtown Naples with its many highly acclaimed restaurants, sandy beaches, arts galleries, unique shops, marina, theater, and much more.

The complex offers one of the largest, saltwater, heated pools in south Florida. Great place to simply relax or enjoy a game of tennis or bocce, swim, daily water aerobics, clubhouse functions or many other local activities including golfing, fishing, boating, cycling, pickleball and much more.

The condo is located in the Magnolia Falls section, a second level unit with its own private garage. Walking into the unit, you will find a well equipped kitchen with breakfast nook, a large dining room and living room leading to a large lanai and a beautiful view of the pond with fountains. The lanai is also equipped with a Jenn-Air grill, fridge and sink.

The master bedroom has a very comfortable, king sized bed with Tommy Bahama furniture; plenty of room for all of your clothing needs. The master bath offers a two-sink vanity, walk-in closet, large shower and private toilet area.

The second bedroom contains two bunkbeds, each with a full size bed on the bottom and a twin sized bed above. Plenty of room for the family. There is also a second bathroom which includes a tub/shower, large vanity and private toilet area.

Included in the unit is a laundry room with new washer and dryer.

The unit provides free WiFi and three cable TVs.
