Beautiful place

This was the perfect stay. The condo is so nice, everything is clean and beautiful. Was literally a three minute walk to the beach. Nice beach things left in the closet to use. We had a great time and hope to come back again.

A great Christmas at the beach

Our family enjoyed the condo for our Christmas away from home. We had plenty of space and used the kitchen to cook lots of our meals. The walk to the beach was totally doable for my 76 year old mother and we made good use of the beach chairs, cart, and other gear.

Great relaxing stay

We had a wonderful stay! The place was immaculately clean, quiet, and just a short walk to the beach. The home was comfortable with updated appliances and everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The screened-in porch was beautiful—perfect for enjoying the evenings bug-free. There was also plenty of quality beach equipment available, which was a great bonus.The host was incredibly responsive and amazing to work with, making the entire experience seamless.The only minor issue was the WiFi being a bit slow and spotty, and cell signal (AT&T) wasn’t great—but the local library is nearby with excellent WiFi if needed.Overall, we would highly recommend this place and would gladly stay again!

Had a great relaxing time. Condo clean and in great location. Many great restaurants nearby. Most were walking distance. The only negative thing (of no fault of the owners), is the loud tenant above. Overall, would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo for our boys Fall break . Super close to the beach and very clean ! The condo had everything we needed and we especially appreciated the beach closet full of chairs , a buggy , umbrella, and even a skim board for my oldest !!

Perfect for beach visits!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The condo was spotless, well-stocked with plenty of towels, bedding, dishes, and a Keurig coffee maker. The beach vibes in the decor made us feel right at home. The location was perfect—a short walk to the beach in a quiet and peaceful area. We also loved relaxing on the veranda. The provided beach gear (wagons, umbrella, chairs) made our outings effortless, and the covered carport was a lifesaver for keeping our car and motorcycle dry during the two rainy days we had. Great amenities overall, including WiFi and smart TVs. Highly recommend, and we’ll definitely book again!

Took my daughter to Marco for her 21st birthday. Condo is beautiful as large. Everything you need is there. Spotless. Beds so comfortable. Close to beach and restaurants. We had an amazing time. Would book again.

Great location!!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean and very close to the beach. The only thing missing was soap! There was no dish soap, no dishwasher soap and only one hand soap for two bathrooms. Other than that, it was awesome!!!

Wonderful Stay

We had an amazing stay at the condo. There was a bit of a delay with check in from the property management company but Karine (the owner)was very helpful and apologetic about this. Karine was great about answering questions all week. The condo was beautiful and included all we needed for a comfortable beach week. The owner provided a cart with beach items that we could use which was much appreciated. I would definitely return!

Very clean and easy to find location. Check in and communication was very good. Our only issues was we didn’t realize there would be no dish soap, toilet paper and very little hand washing soap once we arrived. So we did have to go out to purchase these. We are also in good shape and walking quickly the south Marco Island public beach access took us 6-7 minutes to walk to- but still great location to park at our resort and not have to pay 20.00 per day public parking. Overall very pleased with our lodging choice.

Beach Getaway

The location and unit were perfect for our family beach get away. The beach was a short walk as well as several restaurants and shops. The only issues we had were a discrepancy on check out time which was resolved immediately by Karine and the lack of household items supplied at the condo. The management company only supplied one roll of toilet paper and one bar of soap for each of the two restrooms as well as one roll of paper towels. There was no dish soap, extra garbage bags, tissues or laundry detergent provided which is very unusual for a VRBO. I wish the listing was more clear since we were traveling from across the country and were not expecting to have to buy these extra items besides our personal items and food.

2 Weeks in Paradise

We loved the condo and the complex. The other residents/renters were very friendly. The pool was a great temperature. The complex was well maintained. We walked every morning and the neighborhoods were safe and beautiful. The beach/pool gear were in good shape and we enjoyed using them. The check-in had a small hiccup as our keys were not in the lock box. Fortunately and very helpful realtor from the management company was walking out when we discovered our keys weren’t there. She promptly called the rental manager. The rental manager was there within 15 minutes and issued our keys. We would definitely stay there again.

Great girls trip

We had a great time. Complex was quiet and only seemed about 1/3 full for our entire visit. Pool was easy to access and the beach closet included noodles and floats. Getting to the Beach access point is just a 4-5 min walk but door to sand is probably about 10 min. Totally manageable and the beach has a great walkway that allows you to roll your beach cart almost to the water. Shampoo and conditioner were provided but no body wash or soap, the only toilet paper was the partially used roll on the dispenser. Both of these things were totally fine but would have preferred to know since we picked up groceries on our way into town and since it was only a 4 day trip assumed there would be enough in the house for the weekend, so we had to make a second grocery run. Marco Island is easy to navigate, great restaurants and laid back atmosphere this time of year. we came to do some shelling and the shores did not disappoint.
