The Perry Hotel Naples

"Our stay started off a bit rocky, but Regina and Aaron, the front desk clerks, were incredibly kind and helpful. Regina promptly addressed my concerns about the night clerk in the morning and ensured that the issue was resolved. Aaron was a pleasant person throughout the weekend. I noticed that he was attentively listening to guests and assisting everyone with a warm smile. I must also commend the bartenders at the poolside. They deserve a 20% tip and more! Their exceptional service made our stay even more special. They made the hotel feel like a resort overseas. The only downside was the Tigress restaurant manager and her front desk hostess team. My food arrived less desirable, and they ignored or even bypassed or exacerbated the situation. However, the bartender Ben understood our concerns and saw the deliberate act of the kitchen. He took care of it promptly and removed the items from the bill. However, this should've never happened. I should've never gotten food that was undesirable or uneatable. The owner/head chef Izzy would be disappointed especially since I got sick. I do miss the old young ladies - hostesses from the Caribbean they were fun and engaging to all customers. The goal is to respect and treat all customers the same and not try to segregate or give another bad service or bad food because of presumptions of who you think they may or may not be. Bad tuna is horrible to any person!"

"We had a lovely stay, but the Inn definitely needs some updating. We had to ask to have our room cleaned in bathroom after finding previous guests dirty socks under the sink. Also, the wine glasses brought for our anniversary champagne were cloudy and dirty. I washed them. The hall carpets were incredibly dirty and some days smelled like dog urine. Appreciated the chocolates with turn down. Depending on time of day, we encountered either super happy employees who were driving the golf carts or the rude ones who barely spoke and ignored the fact I had a boot for my fractured ankle to help me into the vehicle. Not saying we needed special treatment, but gosh manners are manners. The rude guys seemed to be evening shift. Overall, a great place and being the off season, the price was great. Don't think we'd pay to stay during the busy months."

"It is out second time visiting this hotel and it was great in both occasions. Live music by the restaurant/bar on weekends is a plus. Rooms are clean and kitchen is very useful. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Included breakfast is amazing, only complaint is that during week days they close one hour earlier and forced us to wake up super early. Overall a great experience and for sure we will repeat un the future"
