“Beautiful view”

“What a pleasant surprise. We booked a stay here as it was a good location and price for what we required, and was dog-friendly. The bonuses were the complimentary wine-tasting and breakfast, neither of which we were expecting. Staff are all lovely and kind and the morning view from bed looking out at the like was divine.”

“We really enjoyed our time here! The place was fresh, clean, and well-maintained. As a small suggestion for improvement: installing a bathtub mat and a safety holder in the small bathroom would really help make bathing much safer for guests. Overall, a lovely stay!”

“Room was late for check in. Floors were dirty, bathroom not cleaned. Notified front desk and a cleaner was sent back. I asked the cleaner to mop the floors but when we returned, floors were still dirty. (Wiped floor with a wet paper towel and it was black) Room was in desperate need of repairs. Cupboards and doors had peeling paint ect. Breakfast was good as well as the outdoor pool. Location is good but will definitely choose another place to stay the next time we travel to Penticton.”

“Convenient location”

“Booked. 2 nights at 360 a night check in was supposed to be 4:00 didn’t get in till 5:00 to find an old dirty room with blood on the curtain. They had no other rooms so we left. Hoping I get refunded”
