"We got the South tower without noticing, it was outdated, but the front desk was very nice to change our room to the main tower "

"I wish I read the instructions folder in my room with all the facilities available. Lots of help items the hotel can supply. You get 2 bottles of water a day with new towels every day. The iron board which square and just a flat board was a challenge. Great view from my room I was quite high. Lifts go 8th floor then you need your hotel card in the other lifts to reach your room. Amazing location and checkout was my fastest ever. "

"I really loved this hotel. We enjoyed our stay here and definitely coming back again. The location is good and has a lot of dining restaurant nearby. Very clean hotel, lots of amenities and free shuttle going to Disneyland/Disneysea and going back to the hotel. Kudos to the staff, all of them are accommodating, very nice and helpful. And one more thing, OMG! The breakfast buffet is superb! Highly recommended! "

"Check in was crazy fast. Front desk staff were English speaking which helped a lot. All the staff we communicated with during our stay were so friendly. The gym has really nice machines, very well maintained. The food at the buffet smelled great, we didn’t have time to try it tho. The room was so clean and spacious and we didn’t hear any planes despite being so close to the airport. All in all, I’d definitely book this place again for my future travels. ALSO, FREE bus shuttles to and from the airport! Bus smells nice and feels clean and runs right on schedule. Don’t take taxi, they charged us $20 for a 5 minute ride to the hotel from the airport💀😂 (that was before we realized we could’ve used the Narita Tobu hotel bus that was parked at the airport) Thank you! "The hotel is really nice but the area around it is not! It’s night club areas that we didn’t know it was… and every other night there’s drunk lying on the street! And in some areas, the garbage are dumped high on the street!!"

"This hotel was very nice! They offer a self check in option where you can skip the long lines (which I did) and it was seamless. I have to say that this hotel is especially nice! They have multiple restaurants, a bowling alley, and 2 huge gyms. They literally have taxis that come through the hotel almost every 5 minutes so that will never be an issue. They have a 7/11 attached to the hotel which is 24 hours. Literally have no bad things to say about this resort and would definitely stay again!"

"The Royal Park Hotel at Haneda Airport has become one of my favorite places to stay while traveling to and from Japan. The staff are lovely and with the convenient location and amenities, it feels like a comfy nest away from home! Looking forward to my next stay soon! Arigato Gozaimasu!"
