“The check in process was easy because the property manager emailed me guides days before my trip to Japan. The room was as described and perfect for one or two people. I love the modern style and the shower room was high and spacious. There are controls for vent, drying, heating in there too. “This is a nice home centrally located to train stations. We did have an issue with the beds as there were no actual mattresses, just pads. The 2 queen bed mats slipped and slid on the wood bed platforms. The heated floors were a nice feature. All the appliances worked. 2 chairs were wobbly or broken. The storage closets were a mess and disorganized, but that did not effect our stay. Being from US, we did not understand the trash bin system but it was never taken off property. I’m sure that was……

“It is close to the station, about a minute walk across the railroad crossing, and there is a Japanese izakaya on the first floor and a café and family mart nearby. The living room is larger than most hotel rooms and refreshing. Everything in the apartment looks new. The space is large and perfect for a family vacation. The railroad tracks are nearby, so that is the only concern for some people.”

"I needed to attend an exhibition, so I arrived one day in advance and stayed in the same hotel. Before arriving in Japan, I had inquired with the hotel front desk whether I could stay in the same hotel without checking out because I needed to attend the exhibition. I had to check out, but when I checked in, the front desk confirmed that I didn't need to check out the next day until the exhibition was over. In addition, the room was clean and large suitcases could be opened easily. It is worth staying here."
